While it is yet still unconfirmed what line this repaint will be part of, it is most certainly a TakaraTomy product and might be part of ether the Henkei or Gentei line due to its chromed engine block.

Glyph's Tech Spec:
"One of the final survivors of a doomed AUTOBOT exploratory mission, GLYPH has spent several hundred years stranded on a world that has become, for her, not unlike an immense science experiment. A natural researcher and forensic scientist, GLYPH's advanced hermeneutic circuitry allows her to analyze and decipher even the most cryptic of patterns and language structures. Exceptionally bright and intellectual, GLYPH maintains a nearly manic attentiveness to detail. Fascinated by the sheer complexity of alien cultures and their histories, GLYPH's eye for even the most obscure of minutiae has become unmatched among her colleagues. While highly skilled and intelligent, GLYPH's robot form is neither particularly strong or durable."

Maybe, but getting an actual chrome look without expensive stuff is VERY hard. Even the best "chrome" spraypaints still have a spraypaint or silver paint look to them.

I considered this, but dismissed it for the following reason...
Look at the jetski as it's folded out as wings for his backpack. The tabs that latch the sides together in jetski mode are blue. They're clearly blue plastic. If this were painted, those would have to be unpainted in order to get them to fold together.
There's a lot of little plastic tells like that on the toy, no where on him/her do we see paint rubbing off that a custom would be subject to.
No, if anything, it may be a KO or bootleg. I think it's legit though. The source? Dunno.

Autobrand is Red not purple so it's not a Shattered figure.
Freeway would be cool. but if it's Glyph, that would rock.

Also, looks to be a heat stamped tampogram, but not sure. We see chorme, but that could have been taking off of a Henkei BB and added to this. But if we are to assume what we see is real, then I'm gonna assume for now that this is a Henkei figure. Only going by what we see here and not having the figure in hand.
Bottom line...I WANT THIS LIL FIGURE!! I hope it's glyph, but does Glyph exist in Japan? Isn't he a Botcon character? So he might not be Glyph, but some other character...

Henkei Bumblebee had gold not silver chroming.

I'm compensating for being ugly.
Edit: I'm just kidding. I'm hella cute. Taken though. Sorry ladies. No one is willing to put up with my bullshit the way my wife is. Not even your mom, who I dated back in the 80's. Does that make sense? No, but I believe it and that's what's important.

Those Classics molds must some of the best money makers for HasTakomy. With this BB would be done 6 times (2 BB, 2 CJ, Bugbite and Glyph), Mirage has been done 6 times, Prime 4, Grimlock 3, Jetfire 4 + 1 remold and freakin Starscream 9 times, with the remold into Ramjet 4 times and 2 Thrust remolds for a total of 15!
Someone earned their keep with that idea!

Cliffjumper was done only once. The Henkei one was with the Legends Bumblebee.

Don't count on it. Hasbro hasn't chromed anything in ages.

which I doubt is the correct description. Man, if it weren't for the chrome, I'd say that this would be Glyph as part of botcon, but...I just don't know. We are getting G2 Breakdown who is a homage of the first Botcon toy. Why not another homage to another botcon toy? If this is a leak, pretty convenient timing with botcon leaks like previous years. Gah!! If there is a Tapout repaint/leak, then I'm calling Botcon Figs!!

In regular retail or as something very special I consider Recon Ravage an exception.

The shade of blue would make a really good Freeway actually, and for that matter so would the mould (again, with a new head).

Generations Thrust is supposed to have a chromed pilot's seat.

Hasbro... possibly, but why the hell do we see this instead of everything else from Generations. It isn't bloody Botcon, doesn't have a Generation Two symbol. I don't even think Glyph is in G2.
Knock Off.. yes, It's the gaudy crap teal plastic, and it screams it. ACToys isn't exactly well known for getting figures first, and if the people over at ACToys doesn't know what it is, not many here will either. It's a bloody knock off..

Dude, don't even joke with me with that. A bloody Bumblebee repaint? That's more of a disgrace than being a Drift remold. I am clearly disgraced at the lack of respect Hasbro and Takara have for my character. Don't they know who I am? I'm the m*****f****** Blurr. I've only died ONCE in 25 years, huh, what does Prime have on that? How about my voice acting? Everything I say in the cartoon is so bloody fast that it leaves time for all of the other characters to get more screen time. The things I do for this fandom, and all I get is a repaint of either a chubbyformer or an emoformer? Disrespect... Disrespect.. Hasbro stop calling me, I'm kinda busy.... Stop calling, stop calling.. I don't want to fasttalk anymore...

This thing, whatever it is, does not impress. I am willing to believe this may be a fan repaint more than most would since I've seen some pretty d*** impressive repaints that don't chip the paint, even in places one might expect. If it's a KO though, it looks to be damn high quality though... at least compared to the one I own.
As for it being a Henkei or Gentei... well from what I know Takara has a reputation for never using the same BB mold for a repaint in the same line, that's why CJ was released as a legend.
Lucky draw? Uh... I don't know why anyone would care for something like this as a lucky draw but whatever. Those things have always been weird to me.
In the end I'm stumped, but I personally have no reason to care since the mold is tiring and the choice of colors is uninspiring.

don't want, no way

Actually, that looks more like lighting at work than actual chrome. Compare with the shinyness of Gentei Thrust.

It's definitely not a fan-made repaint, if you look at his legs, you can see the light shining trough the plastic, which wouldn't be the case if it where painted.
