We've seen some of these already under the 'evergreen' nickname, but this is probably our best look yet, so check them out below. Also, head here to read more on the 113 page document from Hasbro, if that is up your alley.

Megatron is the evil leader of the Decepticons. He will do anything to increase his personal power and the strength of the bots on his side. Megatron is ruthless and serves no one but himself, and believes that one day he will rule the universe.
Starscream is the treacherous Decepticon second-in-command. He believes himself to be the only bot in the universe capable of leading the Decepticons to victory over the Autobots. Starscream is thus always looking to remove Megatron from his throne.

Bee and Optimus just look sad in both modes while Starscream transform like one of those matchbox car. Pathetic.

At least they've finally confirmed that the line is in fact called "Transformers Authentics".

They call this like "Authentic" because they want to assure us those are official Transformers, not Dollar Store KOs.

Oh, that one ROCK. But he definitely proper hands and some elbows would have been welcome. Plus those would have never hindered the 3 steps gimmick.
I also happen to have 3 steps Thunderhoof but this one is far from perfect. The 3 steps gimmick in his shoulders is not responsive 100% of the time. And finally for the big 1 step TLK Optimus, appart the paint that [ur=https://www.seibertron.com/energonpub/tlk-turbo-changer-optimus-prime-paint-overhaul--t109227.phpl]I IMPROVED[/url] I would really liked a bonus step to fold down the feet for truck mode.

Oh, not at all.
Don't forget that the 3 steps and Turbo Changers toys are voyager sized too and are packaged in a similar fashion. Little kids seem to LOVE touching the plastic and then call mom to buy it. That's why no 1 steps or standard sized Rescue Bots are boxed too.

bacem wrote:i am questioning the designer's decision to make optimus and bumblebee's elbow joint bend inside like a gorilla, when they are totally able to give a normal elbow bend on grimlock
This is what I was going to say. It's especially odd since there's plenty of space to have given them proper forward elbows.
Grimlock looks like the kind of figure that'll be fun to keep on the desk and just mess around with. Just something cheap and fairly decent looking to quickly transform back and forth.

Waha, I chuckled.
They shouldn't be making these for Gods' sake.
They look absolutely terrible. Repaint Armada Sideswipe 4 times and have them combine with Armada Scavenger for a horrible combiner. Don't do these.
And for the life of my, why can't Hasbro design just ONE Optimus Prime that has the front of the cab as the chestplate? G1 style of course.
How about they rescale G1 Legends Optimus to voyager size with additional articulation and detail, have the legs in the arms flop in the arms or something.
That dude has the perfect easy transformation.
And upscale Legends Starscream (who started off with a mini Waspinator) to voyager as well.
Anybody feel the same way that Hasbro is doing the Legend/scout sized bots a lot better than the Voyagers?

How do little kids end up in a toy store with a mobile phone?

Ha ha.
Maybe I should have said "ask" or "demand".
Still, toddlers with smartphones is pretty common nowadays. And many parents forget to turn the purchases off. Then little Timmy spend 10000$ in micro transactions for some shitty game.

That could be added. Upscaling a design doesn't mean, necessarily, keeping all of the articulation unchanged. With a Voyager sized version of Thrilling 30 Legends Starscream, adding a cut to the thigh assembly would be a piece of cake and wouldn't change much of anything about the overall transformation scheme. I'd love to see that design brought to life again in a larger scaled toy, especially since it's a very honest transformation without faux cockpits or other weird design choices.

Someone did some mods to the OSKO Legends Starscream. They made a separate thread to a similarly repainted Skywarp version, too.

I never saw that Predaking for sale in Japan, but always wanted it to competent the Takara only red version. It looked amazing, considering it was an official OSKO, of sorts.

Allow me to give you a kick. Because that Prime Predaking toy is the BEST one of the line. Far superior to either the voyager or the supreme.
It's also the best dragon transformer ever in my humble opinion.

- Existing TFs rebranded under this new line.
- Something obscene, that a kindly mod has edited, to stop a flame-war
- A actual pink, smear of paint, sold as part of the most budget of budget lines, for the developing market.

Well, yeah, that's the same new packaging look that Hasbro's been using for all of its main lines since AOE. It's to create brand consistency with all of main Hasbro Transformers lines (except for Rescue Bots since that's instead under Playskool's label).Hotconvoy wrote:You know what this packaging reminds me of AoE.
