Hello-
This is Mark Kutsugi at HobbyLink Japan. Thank you for your order with us for TKT81295 LG10 Arcee.
Unfortunately, we have learned that the manufacturer has only produced a very limited number of this item. Although we placed a large order for this item with our distributors, we will receive a very small number of pieces on or about February 15, and have exhausted our attempts to find any additional sources.
As always, when this item comes out we will fill orders in the order that they were placed. Unfortunately, given the extremely small number of pieces that we will receive, we have determined that there is no chance that we can fill your entire order, so we've had to reduce quantities to a limit of one TKT81295 per customer, regardless of how many were ordered.
We're as disappointed by this news as you are, as we were looking forward to selling many pieces of this item.
Our apologies for this unfortunate development. We look forward to your continued support of HLJ.
Best Regards,
Mark Kutsugi

Jokes aside, that really sucks for anyone affected, especially after how much Takara's been hyping these. Seems like they seriously underestimated demand. Hopefully they can do a second run to meet it. I can only hope this isn't caused buy people buying up multiples. Good for them in limiting quantities at least, then more people get a chance.

Well, I paid the full price to order the Hasbro ones from BBTS before it is too late.

I am still waiting for TFSource to have the decency to notify everyone who preordered MP 10 Eva and say "sorry, you aint getting your preordered figure", if they had done so, I could have bought it from another store before it was too late. Instead, my preorder still stands and will likely go unfulfilled forever...
I hope my preordered fembots find their way home...
U listening TFSouce?

Agamemnon wrote:Is it possible that this is some confusion due to Chinese New Year and that the rest of the shipments will be coming in a month or so?
That's quite possible.
Another possibility is that HasTak couldn't make enough stock in time, what with Chinese New Year being so close, as most workers are preparing for their trip back to their respective hometowns already. Chinese New Year is like the single most important festival in China. You couldn't pay a factory worker enough to stay and make more toys (relatively speaking), as it's likely the only holiday long enough for him to spend time with family and friends in his hometown.
Hopefully we'll see more stock being produced later on.

WTF? I still haven't gotten anything. The email I got today just told me to basically wait while they sort things out. I ordered one of each of the 3 angels.
If this sh*t hits the fan and hlj won't guarantee my one of each fig order, I'm gonna be raising bloody hell at them! I, for the first time ordered 3 figs at the same time instead of hobbysearch/amiami. I hope I won't regret that decision!

hlj offered their stocks at Y 250 less and now they are having troubles fulfilling demand........they're really scaring me!
Here's the email btw
"Thank you for writing. We have received them but the supply was very short. We have reduced the orders for multiple pieces to one piece each, and are now fulfilling them strictly by chronological orders. We cannot guarantee if your order will be fulfilled or not at this point. Please check your order status tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience, but your understanding is appreciated.

NAVI-ko. Better known in the West as the Predacon computer from Beast Wars. The Japanese dub made the computer have its own girlish personality as though it were its own character. The name itself likely came from when, in the English version, Megatron spoke to the computer in the first episode with the command "Navigation, is this the right planet?" While he was more addressing the computer's navigational system to activate, the Japanese might have mistook this for being the computer's name instead, and shortened it to "NAVI", with the "-ko" suffix added in reference to its feminine voice, for the "-ko" suffix in real life is used for Japanese female names (and literally means "child" on its own). "NAVI-ko" could also be a double meaning pun for "navigational computer".
As for its appearance in this manga, back at the Yokohama Transformers Expo that was held back in August 2014, a short promotional manga was produced during the event that featured NAVI-ko as her own character in a new body based on the Prime Cyberverse Airachnid toy minus the helicopter rotor and given new fins to repurpose her altmode as dolphin.

Say what you will about how the Japanese production and reinterpretation of beast wars, that's a really damn adorable use of the Airachnid character model; with some minor modification.

Tell me about it. Airachnid figs were flooding the shelves of my local TRU's for ages, until AOE came along. Had I seen this, I'd have my very own custom NAVI-ko-chan on my desktop right now.

To be fair, the deluxe figure is horrible and would have proven quite difficult to mod. However, the Legend figure is not too bad and she'll be cute as a button and in scale!
This will also be a challenge for me, to make a tiny weeny custom instead of making a voyager/ultra sized one.

Ah, but you forget that I've got a 3d printer. I'm not saying it'll be easy, but I could technically replace the problematic parts with custom designed ones.
