It's Orion Pax!
As for not-Scourge, I don't know. Leozack, I guess. Go Leozack.

Almost reminds me of Armada Smokescreen/Hoist. I could also see Gears in that head... and that Orion Pax (or Optronix?) guess could be interesting, as well.

ill agree with everyone else that Kups might very well be Orion Pax considering the original Kup was repainted as an exclusive Orion...wait for it people we'll get wheelie repainted into Dion lol

Ya, ratbat all the way. I got a gears feeling from the kup one too. Looks like my new rule of no repaints is ganna be broken real quick.

2005 Ironhide
2005 Ratchet
2007 Springer
2007 Thrust
2007 Dirge
2007 Huffer
2009 Kup
2009 Scourge
2009 Banzaitron
2009 Leozack
Some of these figues shouldn't be on a Classics "redundancy" list. PCC Huffer doesn't replace BotCon Huffer for the "Classics" shelf. Power Core Combiners is its own continutiy, which now seems to actually be part of the extended live action movie continutiy. Similarly, Banzaitron is technically a movie figure.
BotCon Ironhide and Ratchet were released two years before "Classics" even existed, are totally outclassed by their Universe 2.0 incarnations, especially in robot mode.
BotCon Kup is really a much younger, alternate history version of Kup, whereas the Generations figure is obviously the choice for the character we all know and love from G1 in terms of alt mode and his grizzled old-man face.
With Springer, we get two distinct figures representing one each of his triple changer alt modes from G1.
BotCon Scourge was great for a time, but such an important character really does deserve his own "Classics" mold instead of a repaint and head swap of another character from another continuity's toyline.
BotCon Thrust and Dirge are still unique from their Generations Counterparts. Thrust has different tooling between the two versions, and BotCon Dirge is just a Ramjet repaint, while Generages Dirge has all new wing moldings.
So, that really leaves Leozack, but all signs are pointing towards the Generations Scourge repaint/remold being "Senator" Ratbat instead.
I don't think Hasbro is really stepping on FunPub's toes at all with its recent releases.

On topic:
Leozack = hope not, not the right mould, Botcon version is amazing and, well, who wants a blue re-use of a blue mould?
Gears = meh, though a Swerve could be cool (better colours IMO), the head is more Gears-like though.
Senator Ratbat = would be EPIC
Orion Pax = with Black Shadow hopefully on the way, this could actually happen - who'd have thought, eh?

For the most part I agree.
*Ironhide and Ratchet replace a worse mold and mediocre Botcon head molds. Upgrade IMO.
*Springer is redundant only because of Fansproject to me. The Hasbro offerings were just nothing interesting for my money.
*Thrust and Dirge, yeah. I'll concede here. The new ones are pretty near perfect though and I gladly replaced my Botcon versions with them.
*Huffer is still the most "Classic" version we've gotten. That's despite my fondness for the PCC 2 packs.
*Kup, he was a stand-in for me at best until we got something nicer. We are now and I'm still unsure whether or not to box him away since he fits a subsect of my "Classic" display.
*Scourge, Kinda the same deal as Kup for me. Except I definately want to keep them out. Maybe I can just group the historical segment of that years set together and display it all.
*Banzaitron, IMO, Botcon version wins. No contest. I love the colors on the ROTF mold but he fits nowhere in a "Classic" display. Since I already own Bludgeon and my movie figures are few, he'd be very redundant.
*Leozack, I love the Energon Starscream mold in the colors used for both figures. Skyquake SHOULD be a God damn disaster but it works. I'm really hoping we get something a little more fresh with that one. The Generations Scourge mold looks very interesting.

The exclucive toys aren't made worthless just because there's a more regular release put out.
As for the teo new heads ... Ratbat does nothing for me. It's a tape or bust for the tape guys in my book. Having got the G1 reissues, I have a proper Ratbat. The other rings no bells.

Gears (with the lamp on the side for his Infrared ability)
Trailbreaker (with the lamp on the side similar to the G1 cartoon and toy)
For the sake of those that want a complete 1984 cast, I hope its Trailbreaker. Gears was a minibot, and hopefully they can squeeze him out in Legends or something.

Scourge remould looks like Divebomb to me, but it does look a lot like Ratbat too. I can see Leozak but I can almost see someone else too...

I didn't say they were worthless, just redundant. As my signature says, I wouldn't mind owning the BC 2009 Scourge and Sweeps, even though Generations Scourge is the superior/cheaper figure. I guess I'd just like the two entities to try to avoid doing the same characters to allow for a more diverse offering year after year.
Even if this is Senator Ratbat rather than Leozack, that still makes the Target Exclusive Ratbat (Cybertron Sideways repaint) redundant. While this version may turn out to be the superior version of "Senator Ratbat", I'd rather just have one and had Hasbro use the repaint of Scourge for somebody else. Perhaps G2 Falcon or an American version of G1 Strafe or even G1 Jumpstarter Topspin would have been a better use of the remold? I'm sure there are other, better choices

Here we go:
I'm not entirely convinced it's Gears, but it would make sense as Hasbro seems to be doing all the 1984 lineup. And they may have taken liberties with his head since the G1 head is not going to look great on the Kup body.
Maybe it is a half-Gears-half-Swerve headsculpt. I see a few possible Swerve elements.
Someone said Crosshairs, which would work pretty decently with the body, and the head is close-ish:

As for the possible extras with Botcon and Hasbro's release of Scourge and Leazack:
For me, Scourge is himself and he will have all kinds of sweep clones. With this release, I'll have him, my Botcon, and my 2 Titaniums to have a a troop build army. Botcon Scourge's facial hair is grey so he will be he oldest, and the other Botcon sweeps will be his main inner circle, and the newer additions, will be generics.
Leozack...hey, looks like Botcon one becomes...Lyzack

That would be cool, but it REALLY looks like Leozak. Not that it would stop them, but they already released Ratbat as a Sideways repaint in the comic two pack with Springer.
True, but Prime, Bumblebee, Starscream, and Megatron have all gotten the multiple release treatment. Ratbat may not be as popular, but it is possible.

That can still be a straight repaint as Alpha Trion at some stage though...
If the remould is Ratbat, I'd love for FunPub to repaint it as the Batman-styled SG Ratbat. It'd not only look great, but it'd pretty much be a Batman transformer too. What's not to love about that...?

I think it's being done on purpose actually. Nothing teases us fans into rampant speculation like these do.

Yeah, to save money on Instruction Sheets by reusing art and only changing the name.

As for not-Scourge, the only thing I can see (for some odd reason) when I look, is Jaruga, but since he wasn't a jet it's highly unlikely!!

As for it being Skids... I dunno. (G1) Skids has more of a square head, with almost horns on the side. His head more resembles G1 Sideswipe than what we're seeing there.

Not-Kup seems to fit G1 Skids. http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Skids_%28G1%29
* Skids (3D Battle-Card, 2007)
A 26-point "common" character in the 3D Battle-Card Game's "Energon Wars" expansion, Skids "transforms" into a grey pickup truck of indeterminate make. He uses the same parts layout as movieverse Ironhide and Dropkick.
Between the pics and the card game character bio, Skids seems to fit best.

Yeah, to save money on Instruction Sheets by reusing art and only changing the name.
Plus, it generates interest among the fanbase for what might be coming out. (See the last 7 pages of this thread.)
Any chance Scourge might be Jhiaxus? I know Terradive matches the color scheme of KB Store Exclusive Jhiaxus, but the not Scourge head looks a little like Jhiaxus. And aren't we supposed to be getting a Jhiaxus, or was that complete speculation?
