Wrong Predacons. These are new Predacons.xyl360 wrote:Umm, I think someone screwed up. Predacons don't use that faction symbol at all <--and even that one's the wrong damn color (at least according to the show ).

Umm, yes please!!!! But he'd make the existing Megatron look bad (no offense, but seriously, David Kaye's BW Megatron tops the TF:Prime "Grrr...I'm a monster, Hulk smash!" sounding Megatron any day IMO).

I'm hoping .
Nah, it's BW Megatron back after Beast Machines. He got ahold of some transwarp cells and crossed through an inter-dimensional rift Alternity style .Sabrblade wrote:Wrong Predacons. The story you are about to see is real. The faction symbols have been changed to protect the innocent.

Hahahahaha
But who will the other Predacons be? And will the Autobots use the Dinobots to their advantage? What about the Star Seekers? Oh, I can't wait for tomorrow.

Careful. Some might think you're serious.xyl360 wrote:Nah, it's BW Megatron back after Beast Machines. Hehe, I hope not.
Seriously though, this new faction symbol looks pretty cool. A single dragon head composed of two dragons facing each other head-to-head style. Pretty nifty .

QFT! I'm really excited to see what Hasbro has to say about the future of TF Prime transforming (yes, I know that was lame but had to do it) into Beast Hunters! It's seems like a bit of a stretch from the current status of the show, but I'm eager to learn about the future of the brand. This is definitely an unexpected turn into a totally new area of the TF universe. Not knowing the future and story lines is very exciting!

It gives Hasbro an excuse to make all the toys we didn't get. Most of us thought the line was ending at Wave 5, but with Beast Hunters as a continuation of the line with a new subtitle, I expect we'll get Smokescreen, Insecticon, and Shockwave, among the other Predacons and Star Seekers.
While it might be pipe dreaming, I'm hoping for Ironhide and maybe a new Breakdown mold. I won't need the Breakdown, though, unless it comes with a show-accurate shoulder cannon. The AM version is enough for me.
Also, how they handle the new Predacon faction in the show will be exciting to know.
And, like you, I find it fun to have the future of this cartoon rather mysterious.

What on Earth?
ive disliked things like megatrons lack of brains in general hes been mainly a thug not a commander.
Lack of brains? He hid a space bridge on the dark side of the moon. He ripped the arm off of a Prime so that he could use the Forge. The average numbskull like Armada Demolisher couldn't think to do that in his lifetime.
but if their going to amp up the bad guys we're going to need at least 2-4 more autobots to round out the numbers
We have 4 named 'cons and 6 Autobots, 7 if you count Wheeljack. Megatron, Soundwave, Knock Out, and Dreadwing, among the generics. We'll hopefully see Starscream join the Decepticons in episode 50, and maybe Shockwave in the Season Finale?
-remember ratchet doesn't fight that much so its mainly 4 on many if they add more major cons to mix we are going to need some more characters
With Smokescreen, it's 5 on many......generics that are one-shotters. You don't expect Smokescreen to stay a damsel in distress, do you?
-plus new variety of weapons
Eh, it would be nice.

as for the numbers wheeljack isn't around enough to count he has had 4 episodes were he had a major role and one was mostly an impostor. as for the cons they had 3 named one shot cons (skyquake makeshift and hardshell-they all only had one or 2 episodes where they where in it) megatron starscream dreadwing breakdown knockout and shockwave who is coming back for more plus all the preds we are about to get plus loads of disposable enemies the heros frequently feel way too outnumbered and i don't like it when its always so uneven -it the same old thing over and over. Plus breakdown is still in play only because he may get turned into something more useful than he is now we will see but the cons have a lot more named players on the field over all plus their getting a score of new ones so we need some more bots in general just a few not a lot but something more than what we got
Posted by PrymeStriker on October 15th, 2012 @ 12:56am CDT
We're getting more Autobots. We might get Dinobots, Jazz, and Perceptor, but the Autobots are supposed to be outnumbered.

RiD, Armada, and Cybertron all made a point to hide the Autobots from humanity, Armada especially. Outside of the main kids and the odd onlooker, humanity was completely in the dark about the Transformers during the entirety of that series.chaosmage42 wrote:well this may blow the hiding aspect away =one of the good things about this series is that they have actively tried to hid that they are there from the humans -something missing in previous series -so im not entirely sure how to rate.

If they aren't going to be on Earth, who are they going to hide from? Martians?

PrymeStriker wrote:Shockwave's appearance is most likely a flashback (see Megatron's fusion cannon and lack of Dreadwing and Insecticons)
Still not sure about that myself. Considering Starscream's back and we don't know if Dreadwing joins the Autobots, he goes independent, or Megatron kills him, it may be in real time. We'll see.
