Huffer is part of the wave 2 Deluxes, along with Airazor, Ractonite and the re-release of Earthrise Arcee (in Kingdom packaging). He's also the latest minibot to get upgraded.

You would think, but look:
The teeth go over the bottom jaw, the gap in the upper jaw gives space for the finger to wiggle the mouth open.

Agreed. Those are tempting... For a while I’ve thought about getting a legends class set of Megs, Soundwave, and seekers (probably the main 3) to pose on a shelf next to my CW Devastator.
Looks like that could possibly happen.
Also, I get why, but it’s unfortunate that Dinobot’s teeth look like mini tic tacs...
He’s a good little raptor!!

Speaking of butterfly joints....also Cheetor came in today and he is great. Much better in hand then he looks in pics and videos. I am very pleasantly surprised in him all around. When first seeing the Netflix Cheetor, I almost canceled my pre-order, but glad I kept it. Kingdom has great paint, and more of it in correct places, tight joints, poses well, fun to transform and just looks great in both modes. Only thing that I may do is try to put a bit of gold paint on his thigh armour and head crest. Highly recommend him if anyone is on the fence like I was.

I wonder if with the aversion to them on figures larger than Battlemaster in the past two lines, they've forgotten some of the usefulness of ball joints.Evil Eye wrote:I got Vertebreak in. She's pretty nice, very fun to transform and looks great in her raptor mode. Robot mode is fun, but boy she needed thigh swivels. They really should have made her knees balljoints- it wouldn't have reduced her knee range at all and would have given her the thigh swivel. Still a good toy but could have been better.

It's something to do with the size and thinness of the knee areas. Though in hand she doesn't really need a thigh swivel since she can balance really well her Ball-joint ankles... it just makes some poses are awkward.

For Australia, the Transformers Kingdom voyagers and core class figures have been found at Kmart while the voyagers and deluxes have been found at Target. Mr Toys Toyworld (less locations than the other two mentioned) have the Kingdom voyagers and the Back to the Future Gigawatt figure. The sightings come from Thalyn who posed here.
In Canada, the lockdowns have made it that Toysrus is closed in most provinces and while Walmarts remain open some are not allowed to sell toys. But the Walmarts selling toys have recieved new toys since the new year. The entire Kingdowm toyline was released, from core class to leader class. These were all reported on Cybertron.ca.
If you find these toys, let fellow fans know in our sightings board.

SS Hot Rod, Grimlock and Megs still pending.
I'll be shipping them now and ship the other 3 together when they come in.
Also no news for Dinobot form Amazon still.

In many cases they are right next to each other. I'm sure this will confuse many a Target employee.

Today, however, I got Blackarachnia and Paleotrex in. Blackarachnia's transformation is a bit fiddly, but that aside is almost perfect. Really great robot mode, fun little spider mode, dead ringer for the character, and unlike the LG retool of Animated Blackarachnia, no GPS or male spider genitalia!
Paleotrex meanwhile, whilst a bit crummy as an actual action figure, is a ridiculous amount of fun as an accessory pack. Megatron seems to have become rather...attached to him.
...I'll get my coat.

My store didn't have them in the Ghostbusters or Transformers section (which, yeah, are right next to either other) despite having tags there. Instead they were on an endcap in the main aisle with a bunch of other collectibles like Hasbro Marvel stuff and NECA TMNT.
My Target and Walmarts have already sold out of Kingdom figures. Haven't seen SS86 at all and Walmarts here haven't restocked Netflix yet. (Really just need SS86 and Kingdom Megatron and Cyclonus, I've got the rest).

He's pretty much forced to have the back feet sticking out, shame their wast something more to them to be able to leave it hidden as the legs could probably take the weight for some poses just from his toes. His feet can be angled down to give him heels and get almost a cm more height to him. Sure the legs arent as basic as G1 but with even less wizardry than of the G2 chug deluxe it would have been nice to have an option to hide/show the wheels.
The holes in the smokestacks are still ugly but hey.
Vehicle mode has some issues, mainly from the lack of any leg transformation, the barrels dont stay out and could have done with something to keep them in place (sadly shattered glass has no tail light painting). The cab looks like it is leaning forward ever so slightly and the arms seem like they needed a little more to line up and not have gaps in the panneling. With out the trailer it feels like something is missing in vehicle mode but not sure I like the vehicle mode enough or that he would spend any time as it to get the kindom/earthrise version over the netflix

If you also have the Siege version, are you flipping open the 2 small panels on the knees that hide the 5mm port that ends up in the center on Siege, but on the side for ER? Those panels help lock in the arms on the ER version.

The only separation I see is ion the bicep swivel, and its really very minor.
For the cab leaning forward, I've found that not opening the knee panels makes it sit better, than actually opening the knee panels.
Panels closed:
Panels opened:
I usually keep the panels closed onto his knees. The wheel panels, and the stiffness of his thighs keep everything in place.
And yes, the barrels do not like to stay out. since the don't actually clip anywhere when rotated out.

"Just cracked open my Warpath and Cyclonus that arrived earlier today and I already love both the figures.
Everything is nice and tight with no sagging in any of the joints. Only issue I have is the screw-pin that pivots and holds Cyclonus' cockpit section has sheared off.
It's not too much of an issue, given that in both modes his arms are tabbed in securely, but it does mean I can wiggle that entire assembly off of his torso now.
I'm not sure whether to keep him or try and get him exchanged for a new one"
Just for reference, it's the pin in his back that rotates the cockpit assembly round. The peg itself is actually quite tight and wouldn't fall out on its own even if the shoulders weren't tabbed in. So it's kindof a non-issue? Looking at the head of the pin that came off, it doesn't look like it was soldered properly to the rest of the pin.
I don't have the tools or the ability to replace the pinhead itself. As this is half a day later, I've thought it over and I'm content to keep the current figure, but I guess this may happen to others and there joint might not be as tight as mine is.

Think of it like a transformers collaboration with dumb and dumber and we get a bot that transforms into the mutt cutts van
Or perhaps feathers or scale instead of fur lol

A lot of stuff that doesn't make sense here, the standout being Voyager Armada Megatron... but a Commander Optimus Prime which implies a *tiny* Optimus or a spindly Megs. Transmetal 2 Megs, but Transmetal Primal.
As much as I'd love a lot of these figures, this is just someone's pipe dream (remember the "Prime War" leak with Micromaster playsets and Arcee?)

From a source that shall remain nameless: We are due to get more multi-generation stuff in 2022 I believe, which could verify some of this as being accurate.
THAT SAID, this is likely conjecture with tidbits of confirmed information sprinkled in for credibility. But I wouldn't discount it out of hand yet, 4chan does occasionally have legit leaks (I would know, spending much too long on there myself!).

I think he was referring to the difference in size between commander and voyager. Maybe he thinks Megatron should be a leader? If there were to be a commander class Optimus, the cab robot would be voyager sized, right? So Megatron would have to be a leader class, if Hasbro decides to honor scale.Sabrblade wrote:What would be so confusing about an Armada Optimus being Commander class? I think they're talking more about the non-Super Mode. Specifically, were Megatron a Voyager and Optimus a Commander, to get both Megatron and Optimus' non-Super Mode in scale with each other, either Megatron would have to be a very spindly Voyager to be the right size compared to a reasonably-sized/-massed non-Super Optimus, or non-Super Optimus would have to be very small to be the right size compared to a reasonably-proportioned Megatron.

Yeah, sorry I wasn't specific but this is what I was trying to get at. I don't particularly care about scale too much (as long its vaguely correct), but if Megs were to be a normal Voyager, Prime would have to be around Deluxe-ish for the power dynamic to work.
Personally I think Armada Megatron should be larger than the standard G1 Megatron since he looks more armoured and built-up (especially with the shoulder treads, my favourite part ). If he were a Voyager, I'd feel a little letdown.
Sorry for the confusion, I was just trying to show this list and point out some red flags in case it was spread around.

Wasn't he deluxe class? I remember a version of him later sold as a deluxe.

That was "Bendy Prime" who was smaller and far more poseable than the original combining release. He was also IIRC a really really cool toy whose articulation is still impressive today. The combining Prime with the trailer was Voyager-to-Ultra sized in robot mode.

Thanks! I always forget that Bendy Prime is smaller.

Yeah, he was the basis for Nemesis Prime too. I really really REALLY wish he was a Voyager, if he was I'd buy him no questions asked. Armada Prime is actually my favourite Optimus Prime design (with RID 2001 a close second). As is, I'll just have to pray that Takara one still gets made.
