The TT version will of course take the anime colors of purple on gray. 2016-2017 is sure gonna be an exciting and expensive year for us. (tears of joy and sadness)

so Ravage is now a triple changer? so what's his bird mode's name then?

Galavtron looks cool (hoping for a Marvel/G1-toy recolour though)

Astrotrain looks decent in bot and shuttle mode... train not so much.

Ravage looks awful... just absolutely terrible. Even my knock off USB device label Ravage I bought for a few quid looks far better (and is more useful).

These are all looking fantastic, I just have to hope that these see UK retail as I'm torn as to try and get both sentinel and astrotrain or just wait for astrotrain...

Well, I'm getting Galvatron that's for sure. I may take Sentinel over Astrotrain though, while AT looks better, I already have the old CHUG deluxe and don't like owning more than one version of a figure. But he sure is pretty...

Ah, that's better. A shame about the unpainted headmaster, but Galvatron looks soooooooooooo much better here.

And Astrotrain looks AWESOME. Now all he needs is some rails to roll on...

galvatron does look much better there. we'll see. Who knows, they might start releasing a bunch of colour variations to get the most out of a mould which might not have too many recolour possibilities.

astrotrain looks excellent in robot mode. I will defy be getting him over his autobot counterpart. Having said that though, I brought my generations astrotrain figure out the other day and must admit his alt modes were better or perhaps more convincing than this new one...

Astrotrain figure looks good, space shuttle mode looks little bulky, his train mode looks weird guns, wings in center of train is it suppose to be an armored battle train

Looks like I was right about Galvatron's colors being wrong on the video (suck it Will ) he looks really nice in hand. Astrotrain looks great too, tyre head sculpt is awesome and you can't really tell he's a headmaster. Ravage looks ok, better than stripes which isn't really saying much. I wonder if those things on his back can fold down to make him look a bit better. So I'm assuming ravage is in wave 2 but I really hope we'll get a fourth legends in wave 1.

Astrotrain's train mode is mistranformed at one extremity. And I really hope he comes with 2 guns because that resulting asymetry at the centre is not great. Ravage is bad but we all new that when we saw stripes. And I thought FOC Ravege was bad. How is it that the universe Ravage from almost 10 years ago is better than every version since, including the MP?!

Galvatron looks awesome. Aside from Ravage, these are all sure buys.

Yeah, Ravage gets the short end of the stick a lot it would seem.

One neat thing about Astrotrain is that even mistransformed like that, it makes sense- the "official" configuration resembles a big ol' dieselpunk armoured train complete with cow catchers, whereas the mistransformation gives him a sort of futuristic bullet-train look (which admittedly doesn't work all that well with the massive chunks of armour and turrets on the body of the train, but it's something).

I wonder if he's compatible with Takara's Plarail series?

I am more than happy to be wrong. I would rather be wrong about having set my expectations low than be wrong about being so hyped over something.

I'm just yanking your chain, but I must admit I was slightly worried that they changed the color to that terrible pink too. You can imagine how relieved I was when these pictures came out.

Looks like Astrotrain could be a potential Overlord repaint/retool with that chest sculpt.

If I have to pick between Sentinel and Astrotrain, I'm definitely going with Astrotrain. Those paint apps really make the robot mode pop. I'm also glad the colors for Galvatron in that video appear to have been just a fluke.

It's a jet mode, not a bird mode.

All of Soundwave's and Blaster's little guys are now triple changers that turn into media devices, vehicles, and their standard robot/animal modes.

This was the exact same Galvatron toy that was on display at the NY Toyfair, that was just sent to the Australian display by Hasbro, so it is not a guarantee of the final colors.

I like Astrotrain except for his Wicked Witch of Cybertron long feet. His feet would look great if the black tips folded under the grey part so that he had normal sized feet. "Cybertron mode" Astrotrain looks great, but this isn't the Voyager Class Astrotrain that I wanted to go alongside Springer, Blitzwing, and Sandstorm. A more traditional shuttle mode and train mode would definitely be prefered. Head sculpt looks good.

Why does everyone forget that the long feet can be switched out for the shorter ones? Just look at Sentinel.

Here's a thing! now i wonder if you can use the Junkion Blacksmith Headmasters on some of the TR figures

since those come in the form of Blaster, Soundwave & Optimus anyway!

but dunno what size of headmaster that TR Blaster, Soundwave & Optimus will have, nor what type of connection it will be?(the same as G1....or something different?).

The titanmasters are all the same size across the different size classes, as for them being the same as the old headmasters, I don't think so.

Galvatron looks awesome, but astrotrain the alts are more of mehs since they suffer cause of being a typical three changer plus the headmaster gimmick didn't help it ether

I saw that comment too but I think that guy was mistaken. There's definitely differences between the two




Also from this angle astrotrain's feet don't look as big as the other picture.

There is definitely a difference there, and the one shown down under looks more like a production sample.
I'm more hopeful now that that's closer to what we'll be getting.

Yeah, definitely not digging the Ravage...the cat "tapes" are just, meh. Might snag him anyhow cause the only Ravage I do have is the one that came with the older Hound...and he looks like his back is busted...

I can TOTALLY see an Overlord retool from Astrotrain now that it's been mentioned. That would be awesome. I'd pick that up in a second.

I think I'm pretty forgiving about things, but I gotta say I'm not loving Astrotrains alt modes. The ship looks more like a landing platform (ala helicarrier) and the train just doesn't look train'y enough. It's probably the central ship kibble that's throwing me off.

The robot mode is perfectly delicious though, and he's the right size. I'll likely get over it in hand

Are you dissapointed that this isnt the colour scheme you were expecting?

As someone who likes realistic alt modes, these are all disappointing.

Though I continue to love that T. rex/Gun/Dragon/Head guy, even if it doesn't seem like I'd ever get a body for him.

Are these 4 final products or not really?

I think I am still going to get both Sentinel and Astrotrain. The molds looks awesome and I would not mind having my Sentinel hanging out with the likes of the Thrilling 30 minicons and AoE Lockdown, whom occupy a "neutral" shelf

Ravage looks horrendous, especially the beast mode, but Astrotrain has turned out great! He looks a lot better than Sentinel, but I think I'll still buy both versions of the mould.

I think that's why I decided to get SPrime. I can be far more forgiving of those altmodes on a character that was never on earth. (Even if he was an armored truck in the comics )

It reminds me of when Takara made MP-3 Starscream all teal and then Hasbro did their Starscream in more traditional colors. Only now, the situation of the companies is reversed.

Fellow Seibertronians, Hasbro has released official renders of Titans Return Voyager class Astrotrain and Legends class Ravage after the Australian Toyfair Preview event concluded. Astrotrain's Titanmaster appears to be named Darkmoon, and is a straight repaint of Sentinel Prime's Titanmaster, with a new face for Astrotrain, while Ravage is an all black retool of Legends class Stripes. It is important to note, that the render shows Ravage as repaint of Stripes, the prototype shown at the toyfair has a new head.. We've mirrored the images below for your viewing pleasure.
