Starscream is the treacherous Decepticon Air Commander and the deadliest of the Seekers. The self-proclaimed pride of the Cybertron War Academy, he's famous not only for his incredible skill, but also for his limitless (and troublesome) ambition. Starscream believes that he is more suited for command than Decepticon leader Megatron. Thankfully for Megatron, Starscream's mutinous, power-grabbing plots are almost always transparent, and he can never muster up enough patience to complete a grandiose power play. Even on the few times he has taken command of the Decepticons, he quickly loses control of a situation, but is too arrogant to realize when he's in over his head. He never learns from his mistakes, but then again, Megatron doesn't either, seeing as how he's never turned Starscream into slag. Despite his constant failures, Starscream believes it is only a matter of time before he prevails—his destiny is inevitable.
Starscream's never-give-up attitude extends even to the afterlife: unlike most Transformers, he has a mutant, indestructible spark. His life-force cannot be destroyed and can persist even without a body to contain it. However, there is no indication that Starscream (or anybody else) was aware of this fact prior to his destruction.

Actually, they didn't use the molds. They used the base design but the tooling is 100% original. If they HAD used the molds and reproduced Maketoys' Giant wholesale, then A: that would be seriously scummy of them, and B: it could land them in hot water.

also not sure how that would land em in hot water..... they own devastator. that would be like "you copied our design !" hasbro: "ya, and we copied a design you made of a character we made,and your design isn't even licensed"

Now I doubt that HasTak and Maketoys will come to blows because again, it's a known fact that HasTak and 3Ps are fairly chill with each other and have numerous "gentlemen's agreements" but if sparks DID fly it wouldn't be that cut and dried.

While the original renders showed a vastly different design, and recent images of the revamped design only revealed his torso, right arm (Scavenger) and lower legs, this new picture gives us a much better look at everything from his waist up! There's also a hint of something being beaten up in the lower-right corner, though it's not yet clear what - or who - this poor punching-bag is.

What do you think about this new, more dynamic look at the statue? Will you be going all-in on this green giant, or staying away from the construction zone this time around?
