It looks like that sorta brown that looks black under certain lighting, yeah.

This is going to be the Arms Micron names all over again, isn't it?

Tankette and Cargo are relatively easy, being based on actual words. So we could assume the same for "Mogul" (though I have no clue what the word means).

Or could it be that the animation got the colors wrong? Remember how different Stakeout and Doubleclouder was different from the toy and the show?

It makes sense that the autobot master guy would drive their vehicle alt modes, but some of the stuff with the decepticon animals alt modes doesnt work as one individual as opposed to the Rebirth symbiosis set up, to me.

Could be as simple as them being paired with Headmasters.
