Seibertron.com presents our latest gallery, that of Titans Return Chromedome, Highbrow, Titan Force Brainstorm, and Legends Hardhead! Chromedome is a brand new mold that perfectly encompasses the leader of the 4 headmasters coupled with a little bit of IDW spice, and includes his partner Stylor. Highbrow is also a new mold that shares some engineering with the wave 1 Titans Return Scourge and includes his partner Xort. Brainstorm is a retool of the wave 1 Blurr figure and includes his partner Teslor, or as we all know him as, Arcana. Finally, we have legends Hardhead, who is the Takara version of the Hasbro release featuring a new face that includes a mouth. This version of the character would not normally have a named headmaster partner normally since in Japan the little heads were the actual characters and the larger bodies were simply extensions of the smaller figures, but the toy name in Japan for Duros was Ros, so that is what is labelled here. He also comes with a cute little tank/jet drone named Tankette to accompany him, which originally came with Terri-bull.
Check out the headmaster quartet below, now labelled as Titan Masters (well, all except this Hardhead) and let us know what you think of this first modern realization of the quartet!

I do think you're right about the head not having its own name, as I can't see any indication on the packaging that it does. Ryan must've just labeled the head's gallery by its original toy name for the sake of differentiating it from the Transtector's label.D-Maximus_Primal wrote:That was my bad. I forgot the name of the tank and was running with the thought that the head did not have a name besides the figures actual name.

That is indeed the case, the Headmasters are all unnamed so far. However, in fiction Broadcast/Blaster and Soundwave have already been upgraded into Twincast and Soundblaster, the former having been explicitly called out. So we can expect those two to have different names between head and body.

Just started buying Titan Returns figures I only have Sentinel Prime and Nightbeat so far but I love them so darn much especially with Headmasters being my favorite gimmick.
Also wanted a Sentinel Prime forever so I got him now.
Anyone know if Walgreen's exclusives will show up here in Canada not sure if there is one here?

Seibertron.com is proud to present to you today our newest galleries, that of Titans Return Wolfwire and Monxo, Titans Return Mindwipe and Vorath, and Legends Skullcruncher! Wolfwire and Mindwipe are 2 brand new molds showing off some nice modern beast-former engineering, with Mindwipe even pulling the very cool trick of making his robot mode legs the Beast mode wings. Skullcruncher, meanwhile, is the Takara version of Titans Return Skullsmasher, and comes with a little vehicle named Batora, who is the same mold as the little dino-creature that came with Crashbash initially.
Check out the preview of the gallery below, and check out the full gallery by clicking any image below! You can find these Titans Return products and other items on TFsource.com.

In any case the more I look at Weirdwolf and Skullcruncher the more I need them. Mindwipe's cool too but not quite as omg need as the other two.
Is it just me or does it seem like if you painted Weirdwolf's gun black it'd make an amazing Fusion Cannon?

I was going to skip all 3 but all 3 have turned out awesome and then I watched the Headmasters cartoon and need them.
And yes, it would make an excellent fusion cannon

It should be the law that any bad ass cannon is a fusion cannon.
I know it's Megatron's signature weapon but I really want to see more characters use them Autobot or Decepticon.

I do like how Weirdwolf's made up of multiple layered parts (shoulders and wolf head), something that seems to have otherwise vanished in today's figures. He's even got the little hinged panels that hide away his robot hands! Where have THOSE been?!

Therefore it looks...Decepticon Stryker wrote:Okay, I know I'm probably going to anger some G1 fans but: Weirdwolf's altmode is bad. Just look at those legs! They're so short and stumpy! That doesn't look terrifying, it looks like he swapped them with another guy who has a gerbil altmode.
...weird.
Maybe it didn't look as strange on the same side of the '87 checklist as Sixshot, whose "wolf" mode always struck me as more of a Tiger-headed polar bear. So many fans have argued Ravage being a dog over the years, but I'd never heard the first two actual TF canines called into question before tonight.
And as for the new guy's gun, I think it's far more interesting in it's current color, especially on the back of an orangish-yellow quadruped, because it looks a LOT like Sinnertwin's cannon:
http://www.seibertron.com/transformers- ... in/2953/1/
Which gives me (possibly misplaced) hope that Prime Wars will roll out the Beastalt-teams that Combiner Wars lacked! Titan-master weapons being reused on Terrorcons, who in turn get remolded into Monster Pretenders...or possibly just the Dino Force if Takara's current pattern of picking up Hasbro's slack continues. Seriously, look Platinum LioKaiser in the eye and tell him it couldn't happen.
Just saw Wire and Wipe at Walgreens 2 hours ago; no Brainstorms yet, but this was the first I'd seen of wave 2 in my neck of Michigan.

if you count cerebros, apeface, snapdragon and scorponok you would have 5 autobots and 6 decepticon headmasters

At least, not without Fort Max being headless (which kinda defeats the point of his being a Headmaster).

Our latest gallery presented to you today is that of the crazy-as-all-get-out-purple-people-smasher leader of the Decepticons from Season 3 of the original Transformers cartoon and the sometimes leader from the Headmasters cartoon: Legends Galvatron! Galvatron is the Takara version of the Hasbro released Titans Return Galvatron with Nucleon, featuring, among other things, a lighter shade of purple for his paint scheme. He also comes with his Headmaster pal Megatron, who features a much more detailed paint scheme than his Hasbro counterpart, Nucleon.
You can check out the whole gallery by clicking any of the below images. Let us know what you think of this latest iteration of the big bad Decepticon Emperor of Destruction in the comments section, and as always stay tuned to Seibertron.com for all your latest Transformers News and Galleries!

Isn't that true for all Headmasters, though? Beasides, it's not like Fort Max needs a head for his alt modes.

I tried to see if I could utilize those panels on the boots to at least cover the thighs. It just feels like a little effort could've made a better jet. Heck, they could've just left the boots how they are for cannon mode and just gave him some flip out wings or something.

It's... kind of ironic. Your post was meant to critique his jet mode, yet those pictures have quickly sold me on the jet mode and made me fall in love with it.

Note that The legs aren't tabbed to anything. I'm just relying on the tightness of the joints.

Autobots: 5 - Cerebros/Fort Max, Chromedome, Hardhead, Brainstorm, Highbrow
Decepticons: 6 - Scorponok, Skullcruncher, Mindwipe, Weirdwolf, Apeface, Snapdragon
Your counting Cerebros and Fort Max separately didn't make sense in that regard since one is a piece of the other's whole.

All individual characters, in most cases with a few exceptions like Action Master partners, have their own separate galleries. While I wanted the Action Masters like Wingthing to have their own galleries, it didn't make sense to have Bumblebee's Helicopter partner have a gallery. Same with the recent Transformers Legends figures from Takara Tomy such as Hardhead and Skullcruncher who have the equivalent of Action Master partners.
Not to mention that Cerebros is a really awesome figure. His first ever "cool" figure. He's almost Voyager Class sized. He should definitely have his own gallery!
