We brought you the Decepticons last update, time for some Autobots in the ranks of the Seibertron.com galleries! Click on any of the images below to view the full sequence for the Takara Tomy Transformers Gneerations Autobots Specialists set of Ironhide, Hound (with Ravage) and Mirage.

As the title of the set might tip you off, and just like the Decepticon set, the three figures plus one are shinier redecos of the previously released figures from the Henkei/Classics line - you can find the first iteration of the three characters here, here and here. You can stack the boxes of the two sets to connect the lovely new artwork, too,

Ever seen F-1 racing cars with 6 wheels nowadays?

Seriously though, listings for Generations Mirage, Sunstreaker, Ironhide and Prowl have been found alongside the Protectobot ones. They're rumored to be Stunticon retools and for two of them I can see that :-$

Just my luck. A classics Mirage re-release and it's not only a henkei but part of a three pack, one of which I already have. I'm never going to own that mold. :<

It's NOT Henkei ;) Just a really well done Asian Exclusive Generations release from Hasbro (not Takara)

Imo, the deco differences are worth it on all versions, so if you already have one, this is still a superior update

Edit: still there are people on eBay selling these guys loose, usually misnamed as Henkei releases

Thanks, but with price listings like those it might as well be a henkei. And after a quick ebay search the cheapest I could find loose was at 24 USD plus $20 for shipping from outside the US. I'd be better off buying the newer molds domestically than hunting for one almost a decade old at quadruple it's original retail price. I've spent big dollars on toys before. Most of the time it's not worth it.

After the two sets of Decepticon and Autobot Specialists, Seibertron.com is proud to present new galleries showcasing the Takara Tomy Generations Autobot Warriors trio of Ratchet, Kup and Perceptor!

Differently from the Specialists, the only Henkei! Henkei!/Universe mold redeco is for the medic Ratchet, while grumpy old Kup and the sniper scientist Perceptor were both released under the United line (Japanese counterpart to various Hasbro Generations/Reveal the Shield/Classics monickers). Check out the slick new paintjobs on the three toys, including comparison shots to other versions of the molds, by heading below and clicking on any of the images for the full galleries!

I gotta say, after the home-runs that are the previous 3-packs, this one really drops the ball.

United Perceptor - He's got a way shinier red coat.
Henkei Ratchet - 3-pack Ratchet has really odd color placements
E-Hobby Kup - Autobot symbols on the doors are really unnecessary, besides E-Hobby Kup is perrrrfect.

It helps to know Ratchet's vehicle mode deco resembles two other Ratchet: Animated and the more recent Prime one.

I had the exact opposite reaction. The toned down metallics on Kup & Perceptor are right up my alley (and look at Perceptor's metallic rims!) - it's the perfect balance between the somewhat dull RTS/Generations versions and the overly glitzed United ones. Plus, the modern color placement on Ratchet (reminiscent of more recent versions of the character) makes him perfect for Generations.

If this didn't have the $160 price tag, I would have gotten it like the others for sure.

EDIT: eBay searches reveal foreign sellers letting this set go for ~$130... I'm definitely picking this up the next time eBay offers me an eBay bucks promotion. :D

I getcha, so many thing just come down to personal preferrence.

But my one last counterpoint for United Perceptor and his over shineyness: it's virtually unseeable in his bot mode (which was actually a point of contention when i first got him).

Oh, it's totally personal preference. I just shared mine :D

I recall people being annoyed at United Perceptor for that reason - super shiny in alt mode, but no flare in robot mode. Weren't people taking the chrome pieces on the RTS version so they could swap out the full grey pieces on the United figure?

Best that you stay that way. Universe Prowl/Silverstreak/Smokescreen hasn't held up over the years as that good a mold.

Seibertron.com is proud to bring you some great new galleries featuring the highly anticipated Takara Tomy Transformers Legends LG-10 Arcee, LG-11 Chromia, and LG-12 Windblade! What's most likely the focal point of the trio is the incredibly G1 faithful take on the recent Generations Arcee mold, followed by the more accurate and intricately painted IDW fan made sweetheart Windblade, and finally the heavily retooled Chromia. There are some pretty big differences between these Takara Tomy ladies and their Hasbro counterparts, which also sport some fun mini-comics as well. You can see everything below, and don't be shy to browse Seibertron's vast and forever growing gallery!

These are all really nice versions to own. It was this version of wingblade that got me to accept the character. Takara really does know how to work wonders and make figures that would normally suck be awesome. But im not sure I understand the rationale behind the takara version of chromia. The hasbro version is G1 cartoon accurate, so what does the purple and white homage ?

that might be the background having an effect on the appearance of the colors, rather than her changing colors. Still i do feel the Hasbro version is more G1. Thing is i really like both versions

I got my Arcee two weeks ago and have been going stir crazy waiting for windblade Chromia to arrive from ages three and up.

After almost three weeks of usps mucking about they are now ready for collection at my local post office.I just need to get there before it closes. The suspense is nearly killing me.

At least I have time to compare my legends Arcee to the generations version I got my little girl for her third birthday this weekend. (she won't be having any of this rescue bots stuff)

Welcome to Seibertron.com, Allenspurs. Thanks for signing up!

Rescue Bots toys are really awesome and are extremely age appropriate for a 3 to 6 year old. Each of the initial 6 Rescue Bots features a different transformation that helps increase a child's motor skills. One uses a push and pull method, another uses a lever motion to transform it while another uses a twisting/rotating feature to transform it. I can't recommend the Rescue Bots enough. My daughter loved them from about 2.5 to 5 and then she didn't care for them any more but we still watch the Rescue Bots cartoon together from time-to-time.

I would rather her have enjoyed Rescue Bots for what it was than her having a poor experience with a Transformer toy that was meant for an older child.

Hi thanks for the welcome.

Maybe I was a bit vague with my first post. I think the rescue bots toys look great and we regularly watch the tv show together but she is not even 1% interested in the toys in any way shape or form.

I think she just seen mine and want's the same as her daddy. That and she is used to playing with vintage g1 toys too, she likes the trucks, optimus, magnus, motormaster and huffer are her current group of choice.

I have a one year old well on the way too,she absolutely loves her g1 roller toy(and it's even still got all the wheels) maybe she will respond to the rescue bots better.

Join us here at Seibertron.com for first Japanese distribution of the Generations Nightbeat mold - in our newest gallery instalment! In the Japanese G1 series Masterforce, GoShooter was originally a Head Master, but in this iteration his human companion Shuta will be playing the part of a Minicon/Targetmaster borrowed from Generations Blazemaster, and the figure was the winner of a Million Publishing fan poll way way back. A blast from the recent past to kick off the weekend - before Combiner Wars, there was just Generations, and you might remember the Asian market exclusive GDO Legend Class figures for Thundercracker, Bluestreak, Hoist and Motormaster Motorbreath. And even if you don't, Seibertron.com brings you their galleries, viewable by clicking on any of the images below.

Take some time to savour the changes in character updates over just a couple of years, with Thundercracker soon to see its full release in Leader Class form, Motormaster part of wave 2 of Combiner Wars, Hoist already a Generations Deluxe and Bluestreak appearing in the Masterpiece line, by comparing the new galleries to the links we just provided.

Ryan's just one guy doing this, so he needs the time to do all of it, and tends to put up galleries of figures when they become relevant. My guess is that these went up now to build anticipation toward a forthcoming gallery of Leader Thundercracker.

Actually this is the real reason ... https://www.facebook.com/Seibertron/photos/a.10152944816365070.1073741843.14462290069/10153311896540070/?type=1&theater

I keep putting off the GDO figures thinking that I want to do a group shot with all of them but just haven't been able to find the time to do all of them at one time. So I decided to forego the group shot of all of the GDO figures so that I can get them up finally. With Legion Skywarp just coming out, it seemed silly to put his gallery up but still not have Thundercracker posted. I have probably well over a hundred or more Legions/Legends/Cyberverse that need proper galleries up. The good news is that I can knock them out quickly ... I did 20 Legions/Legends/EZ galleries on Thursday this past week so we'll be seeing them pop up from time-to-time.
