I must say I never understood the fascination with translucent figures. They always look cheap and crap to me to be honest. I particularly hate when they make a part of a toy translucent, like on the TFCC figures (and I think they did it to the weapons on movie Brawl).
Anyway, I'm curious... what's the attraction? Is it just that some people like the look or is there more to it?
