Only a few days after our sponsor HobbyLink Japan got them in stock, SEIBERTRON.com member stormrider has managed to find both Masterpiece Starscream and Masterpiece Convoy in a Toys 'R Us in Nagoya, Japan:

Highlights
His wings are not removable.
He is extremely detailed. Every square-inch of his body is covered with detail.
He has one of the most intricate transformations I have seen.
Disappointments
He is mostly made of plastic.
He only has a die-cast frame.
The plastic is very light like a Gundam model.
Archeville's head is not painted.
Some of the wing flaps fall off easily
