It could be that khaki color that makes them look bigger then. Then again the contrast of them against the Black of convoy's cab makes them stand out.

Is Black Convoy up anywhere besides Robotkingdom?

If not right now will sites like Age's 3 and up sell the figure at Canadian price or should I go with RK while it's up there?

Ages 3 and Up do not sell at canadian prices. They sell in USD$ only. So you lose on the exchange even if you are buying from a canadian company which means they will also automatically charge all necessary taxes. Yay.

So you will always end up paying in USD from no matter who you buy and it will end up costing pretty much the same for us in Canada. So might as well buy from robot kingdom, which will end up costing you $116,71 CDN shipped to you.

I am not playing this BS game with exclusives, if people are willing to spend that much for a $30, toy all the power to them, but I wont. They can keep him.

One of the most common questions in the community when a Japanese Exclusive comes out is "where can I get it", so here we are letting you know about new listings for the exclusive Legends LG EX Black Convoy (Scourge) based on Titans Return Optimus Prime.

This toy is now on preorder at Robot Kingdom for $60 USD and Kapow toys for £50. This does not include shipping, which can be quite hefty for those living outside the countries of these retailers.

I think I'll splurge my TFN money on this guy. Kapow tends to stock some of these at that con, and it does look nice. Maybe even get a little knocked off if I wait till the Sunday afternoon.

Just noticed that they didn't bother to paint the smokestacks which is kind of a shame. Otherwise he looks glorious, especially with Baldigus Too bad they're both exclusives, otherwise I would be all over them

If your talking about http://www.agesthreeandup.com yes it's in usd but http://www.agesthreeandup.ca sells them at canadian prices and is slightly cheaper for me.

Yes the site is legit I've already gotten Lio Prime from them.

I'm only wanting to spend on him because I don't have the character in any shape and form besides the original Laser Prime repaint from 2004 and I'm a sucker for headmasters.

Also maybe I should ask if is Black Convoy going to be able to be ordered from www.agesthreeandup.ca at all or Bigbadtoystore or is Robotkingdom my only choice?

I ordered a unite warriors Baldigus 2 weeks ago. With these new pics with Scourge this makes me even more excited for Baldigus.

Yeah, I'm really hoping TFSource or BBTS get some in. I did e-mail BBTS about it, and they hadn't heard of the figure yet. I'd almost pull the trigger from Robot Kingdom, but by the time you factor in shipping to the US, that really stings. Especially if it shows up "locally" later.

I got an email back and Ages3andup doesn't know right now but the guy said they "probably" will get some.

Does this Black Convoy come with stickers?

Damn. Now I want Black Convoy and Baldigus. Being skint sucks.

That is true and the issue is indeed the price. Not they're retail price, I could justify that. But since they're exclusives it means that I can't import them directly from Japan. So I'm stuck with an online retailer to import them from Japan and I'd then have tho import them from whatever country the chosen online retailer is from. Meaning I'll have to basically pay twice for shipping, customs etc. Where as if I could import directly from Anime Export I'd only pay the actual retail price and shipping.

But oh well, my empty wallet and filled cabinets won't be too upset if I'm not getting them

So instead they just get the Hasbro Asia version. You might have seen it, maybe not, but all Unite Warriors sets also have a chinese version which comes with a coin. This isnt the takara version, its the hasbro asia version and the only difference is the inclusion of the coin (to tbe best of my knowledge). And those versions are always more expensive to buy, to the point that BBTS wont stock them when they can instead get the Takara version that is cheaper.

But since the takara version is unavailable, they have no choice but to stock the more expensive version from hasbro Asia. And of course, Hasbro Asia knows that their version is the only option for international sellers to buy so the boost up the price. And in turn thats why you are stuck paying more, because the cheaper version of the set is unavailable.

Like I said, same result, but different reason and all of it still due to the Japanese version being exclusive to one retailer in Japan.

But hey, we got Liokaiser and japan didnt so take that takara!

Oh yeah, I'm aware of that. Just didn't bother to get that much into the details haha. Sometimes I really wish I'd live in Japan

And speaking of Liokaiser, while he's a decent homage, he's definitely not worth the price to me. Again since I'd have to import him rather than buy him locally.

Well Peace-of-Mind is a hell of a thing... ended up caving and going with Robot Kingdom; though I hate the idea of paying that high of shipping... There's no guarantee that BBTS wouldn't pass that expense on anyway.

Anyone had dealings with Robot Kingdom?

I bought from them once. The shipping was awfully priced as you said. funny thing is, they never let me know when it shipped. I asked them 3 weeks after the release date if it had come in stock and shipped and then 2 days later I got the package. Just be cautious of that

I bought from them once. The shipping was awfully priced as you said. funny thing is, they never let me know when it shipped. I asked them 3 weeks after the release date if it had come in stock and shipped and then 2 days later I got the package. Just be cautious of that

It's probably just "self justification" for me... But I figure, if BBTS is going to charge 80+ (and shipping unless I POL other things). It probably comes out to a wash. So peace of mind, it's over and done with; and I don't have to worry about missing the "order window" with BBTS.

There's no official word, but it seems likely to me that they're pausing the Legends line to put focus on the toyline for The Last Knight. Maybe Takara just isn't as comfortable supporting as many lines at once as Hasbro is. Can someone back me up; were they releasing Generations stuff during their AOE line?

I think Generations actually ended right before Lost Age, the last release date was in March of 2014. The successor line Legends started in November of the same year, with Lost Age fitting in the gap with a bit of an overlap.

I don't know if this helps or not, but these three are set to be released in September, according to BBTS.

Godbomber is set for end of May, and Dinosauruer is set for August. 3 month gaps each.

As we know from Kup and Hot Rod, the Triggerhappy being labelled as a Targetmaster means he will come with an additional targetmaster. Since there are no images, it is unknown who Crowbar is at the moment aside fromknowing that he is a Titan Master head.

Being Takara I wouldn't put it passed them retooling Triggerhappy's hands so the targetmaster can plug in like the headmasters cartoon similar to Universe Cyclonus. Didn't do it to Rodimus and Kup(that we know, might be an Easter egg but not expecting it) but they weren't targetmasters in the cartoon like triggerhappy was. I could see it
