Unfortunately we can't (legally) obtain the recent Transformers advertising posters, and Hasbro Australia tried to get some back for us fans, but were unable to... so they did the next best thing - they were allowed to release the three Titans Return posters as digital images to A1 paper size (that's eight times the size of regular A4 paper), and asked me to share them among the fandom, to use as wallpapers, or have printed out as posters if you have somewhere that can do it for you. (the image links will also be sent to TFW and Seibertron, to mirror as well if they choose, for greater, fairer, exposure)
So a huge thankyou to Hasbro for going to this trouble for us fans, it is greatly appreciated.

Isnt he leading the sweeps and shooting at Optimus? Anyways, at my TRU he is currently there with all of them. I think he has been reissued as part of the last wave of CW leaders (probably a revision wave).

I'll be a little scamp and say he'll be a retool of Voyager Megatron

Not really, thats his leader alt mode, they are just trying to cross sell with the remnants of the previous line. Makes sense, its not like that line didnt also have a toy that was made to go with Titans Return. And plus that "seeker" mold predates any of these lines. Its just a generations Starscream to go with the generations line as a whole.

My Walmart had a box labeled Titans Return Leader Class with a Starscream in it last night. It was CW Starscream although I didn't check the box to see if they'd updated the packaging.

On the tip of his tail, I think.

I actually was messing around with the legs like that when I was trying to get the sword to be in a good sheathed position on the peg hole on his legs. It's interesting to pose him with the legs like that though!
One thing I'd been wondering is whether Weirdwolf's legs could be swapped with Classics Grimlock's, either at the waist or at the knees. I sold off my Classics Grimlock awhile back.
But I think Wolfwire with some borrowed tooling from Classics Grimmy could be the ultimate Pretender Grimlock homage mold. That chest is pretty perfect for either a Pat Lee Grimlock or a Pretender Grimlock. But the Pretender Grimlock transformation scheme would work if the wolf head became a tail and the legs were swapped with Classics Grimlock legs.
That would be a cool boxed set in the vein of the G2 Jazz/Prime set if they had, say, Jazz, Grimlock, and Bumblebee in Pretender Classics decos.

I got one off eBay that Cheets put up. Nice looking figure. Thinking of asking him to do either a BW Megaligator body to go with the eHobby head.

It'll happen. If even Fansproject knew to do it, I'm sure there'll be an official one sometime down the line. Plus it's an opportunity to pad an assortment out with an Optimus Prime figure!Stuartmaximus wrote:I'm surprised that noone's repainted/retooled Skullsmasher into the Alligatorcon(Optimus Prime) yet

Fifth if we're counting clones like Convobat. Speaking of which, I can see eHobby being cheeky by including multiple gator bodies in the comic, including one in typical Optimus Prime colors.

Most people are probably waiting for either the Voyager or Titan Master Optimus to be released for a proper head.
JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Same goes for any original (human) characters in the Marvel TF comics: Marvel has claim on them, Hasbro can't do anything with them. If Hasbro could, we would have a Spider-Man Transformer that's not part of the TF Crossover series
But Hasbro has the Marvel license so while they wouldn't be able to slap a Transformers logo on the package they could still make the figure in the marvel line. Lately Hasbro has been doing some extremely obscure Marvel characters, ones definitely less memorable than Circuit Breaker.

I honestly half expect we'll see Red Convobat eventually (Showdown in the Amazon variant) with purple Megaligator. The red one was indicated as G1 Optimus himself on his original bio card.
I think Hasbro so far missed a trick by not releasing a Bat Optimus but I'm not sure the eHobby figure means they won't.
That said, Voyager Apeface as some version of Primal is probably a surer redeco.

If they do that, they could correct the sins of the past and actually call him Energon Galvatron instead, since he was always Galvatron in that body in Japan and it was a pretty obvious Galvatron homage.

He's a mix of both. He had G1 Megatron's domed head, just with a Galvatron-like crown.
But they would most likely call it "Energon Megatron" for consistency sake like they did "Armada Megatron".

Galavtron's head makes for a pretty convincing Gigatron.

How long ago did Hasbro move its manufacturing from China to Vietnam? Because it might have been left behind.

I really hope they start doing voyager seekers soon. I know none are on the docket for the remainder of TR, but that's the next bastion. It would be the best size for me. I can handle SW as a leader for fun, even if he also should be voyager, but on the whole...
Voyager conehead seekers would be cool. The cone could be a helmet that slides over the titan master to make the head larger and achieve the look.

Which is paradoxical as the rid figures are some of the best figures that I own, almost (like 65%) cybertron level quality, they've all been quite satisfactory

Looking at my Ravage, I don't have any cables that would fit that.
