What for? You can buy directly on amazon.co.jp. Why pay more?... Check the thread about that, where I wrote the answer that amazon.co.jp gave me regarding international pre-orders for the DVD with yellow and black leader class Optimus Prime. They are indeed accepting international orders for that one and they explained why.

For that price I'd expect my DVD to be gold plated along with the Jar-Jar twins being slightly dirty.

Even at that price, they're expensive. If people won't pay $99.99 for Supreme Devastator what makes them think they'll shell out $214.99 for this?

Heck, just leave em' out to collect dust (at least that's all I would have to do anyway)

Just no.

Black bumble bee is a free gift for all pre-order now, this covers all the 3 different exclusives.

Points taken, but I rather spend that on the red-face Takara Devastator.

I won't deny having friends in Japan helps tremendously; for this item it's not necessary Amazon JP pages translates in English. I setup an account and pre-ordered the Blu-ray version without any problems. So glad I won't have to turn to the secondary market for this, and there's a chance the price will go down between now and the time of release thanks to Amazon Pre-Order Price guarantee.
Now all we need is for Hasbro to accounce a "Premium" version of this mold with the exact paint job for $44.99. That would be perfect!
Back on topic. Pass on these. Old hat, but I can't get past the disfigured head molds on these guys, let alone the 'dirt.'
