I think it looks fine but maybe you can swap it for one of the many, many, many other Bumblebee figure's heads?

Started off with the instructions, decided to toss them aside because trying to read anything printed in those colours on that background is near impossible for me.
He's pretty easy to figure out though. But you have to do a lot of small/minor adjustments to make sure everything lines up perfectly to lock together.
His nose cone doesn't want to stay locked in place all the time. That takes a bit of wrangling to get things to lock in. As do the wings to the legs.
Once transformed ... he's quite possibly the largest transformer jet, not just the wingspan, but the length as well. He's a mish mash though. In some spots, lots of detail, very much a jet ... others, you can clearly see robot parts.
He's a good figure, and definitely better than his voyager version. But if they were to put Masterpiece level effort into him, he could be the greatest Megatron figure ever.

Unfortunately he doesn't come with one. I'm sure a third party will have one soon, there's already one for the masterpiece figure.
In the meantime, here's a hastily photoshopped version of what this Bee would look like with the hammer (with an appropriately epic background, of course.)

Gotta disagree on that one. Voyager Megatron, imo, has better proportions, less kibble, and a wayyy better fusion cannon. Just my opinion though.

I found the jet mode to be severely lacking in ... something. I don't know what it was exactly but once I transformed him I was left disappointed.
Both voyager and leader are still impressive figures though.
And Stewie, as I've said to others I will say to you, keep 3P discussions OUT of the official threads.

I agree with this. Voyager is an awesome figure in both modes. And I love how the wings go around the legs, and the fusion cannon isn't just the entire front end of the jet. Really love the jet mode too. Gorgeous toy.

However here in the Philippines they're selling it for a little over the price of a leader class toy, no way i can justify to myself buying the set at that price.

Deluxe Bee has all 4 wings! Result! They finally got it!
And Burn, I look forward to any generations scale Megatron, but hopefully my leader is a good one when I get him. He does look to be the best of the lot

If you come across any sightings of these guys, or any other figure, make sure to use the Sightings Database and regional forums, to help out other collectors - happy hunting!

yeah, sorry, I didn't realise Nitro Zeus was the name of something else (I read the wiki about it being a planned cyber attack) so I guess Hasbro couldn't use that as a trademark.
By the way what the heck does 'wolfwire' mean? The wire bit confuses me. Weirdwolf could be Strangewolf, Oddwolf, Eccentricwolf... Who the heck took the Weirdwolf name anyway?

While we have the online listings, we don't have any sightings at a physical Asda store. So if you live in the UK and find either Hot Rod or Bumblebee, please let us know!

I have the Lockdown and Drift versions of these from AoE I found at charity shops.

Uhg that site, just... the graphics are fine I guess, but two typos on the homepage does not a professional impression encourage. And the caps-lock 'catagory' titles with a lower case letter at the start make it seem like they're sUDDENLY SHOUTING....GalvatronG1 wrote:Carnivius_Prime wrote:

...Ahem, sorry . Back on topic, I just want to point out (again?) how brilliant Voyager Hound is. I wouldn't call him perfect by any stretch and his transformation is fiddly to the point of frustration the first time you do it, but he's such a better representation of the character than the AoE Voyager. It's just the right amount of chunk on this one IMO, and he feels characterful and really unique among other Transformers, without losing all ability to appear intimidating and be taken seriously - it's a fine line with his character design.
Even the green doesn't bother me nearly as much as I thought it would; seeing him in-person on the store shelf I still hated the color, but once I had him in action I didn't have a problem with it at all. Honestly the only thing I find myself missing is the one or two Red Cross tampos. They just added a tiny bit of color variety which is somewhat needed, especially in his robot mode. (A tiny Autobot Reprolabel added to his shoulder - it wouldn't stick on his helmet where the actual Red Cross logo would have gone 'cause of the curvature - actually does a lot to fill that gap.) I'm sure Reprolabels will do a specific set for Hound eventually too, so I may have to think about getting that, but he's still pretty good even without any extra deco work.
All in all, a fantastic figure IMO and while I may be somewhat biased (Hound is my favorite Movie character after all), I'd strongly recommend picking him up after - or alongside - Megatron if you can spare the funds. I haven't had any experience with Wave 3 Voyagers, or any Deluxes past Wave 1, or any Leaders at all... uh, so this probably doesn't count for much... but out of what I have experienced, he's absolutely my second-favorite figure from this line so far (and a close second at that) .

Been trying to make up my mind for ages which version of him to get. Never saw the AoE version on shelves here. And so far haven't seen the TLK version either though I can get it from Kapow or another online retailer when I choose to I suppose.

Admittedly I've never had the AoE Voyager either - so many things about it never appealed to me, not least those weird wibbly rubber forearms and total lack of paunch. But just on appearance alone I'd strongly recommend TLK Hound; if you're into the character, he's a plenty great toy however you slice it!

Aw I like the look of those wibbly arms. I do prefer the vehicle mode of the AoE vehicle. Just looks more solid and 'badass' to me. The TLK vehicle looks a bit mundane. At least when it hasn't got the cool rocket launcher thing on the back. And the feet look a bit odd and flat. Oh I dunno. It's hard to choose when just going by pics. I wanna feel them in hand and play with them both for a bit and see which I prefer.
