The Optimus Prime and Megatron Cyberverse sets both feature trailers that can be transformed into bases and armor upgrades for the robot figures.
The Robo Power Bash Bot sets appear to be more kid focused and feature "Smash and Bash" action. The figures "battle" by being rammed into one another with one of the robots being ejected.

Not sure, but I would say that they DON'T follow standard classifications...
I would guess Deluxe size though.

Motormaster was the first thing I thought of when I saw that base mode. I doubt Hasbro will give us that particular repaint but you can bet that more than one of our top notch Kitbashing masters will have this thing overhauled the day these hit the shelves.
The Prime base looks pretty decent. If I pick this one up I doubt it will be in its combined form more than once though. I just don't like the look of Optimus in his armored mode in any of the pictures I've seen.
Megatron is a maybe but I'll have to get one in hand and take a really good look at it first. I'm still slow to warm up to the idea of him as a tanker truck.

I don't know for sure, but i thought i heard that 'commander' class is to legends class in the same way that voyager was to deluxe.
I'm waiting for the gold repaint of the ark before i buy any of these. Once bitten twice shy, thanks PCC.
Ugh, terrible thought of PCC huffer repainted into OP for that cyberverse mold just popped into my head. don't get me wrong, i like the huffer, its the concept of prime being a huffer repaint that bothered me.

That would make a lot of sense. I would love to have some legends setup on a base with the larger Prime/Megs running the show!

I definitely like Megatron's jet armor better than Optimus's assault mode, though a Legends/Scout WITH a trailer is awesome regardless, let alone TWO of them. That transform into *two* other modes.
Megatron kind of looks odd without that cape/hood. One shouldn't be hard to make, just some (thin) cloth, I'd think.

I like the idea of a mixed legends/scout class as a line. As it is I only have a few legends guys, but with a bit more size variety to a line it will make the whole concept a lot better.
Throw in bases and playsets, and you have a really cool concept!
When I scaled back my TFA stuff, I based what I kept around on the Activators size, which is pretty close to scout size. For the Autobots, Prime and Ratchet Activators were perfect, and I went with Legends Bee and Prowl, and rounded out the team with Voyager Bulkhead and the Deluxe Dinobots. They scale perfectly!
I'm hoping Cyberverse stuff will allow the same kind of groupings.
I would also like to see this concept applied to more than just the movie-verse.
