Inferno looks brilliant and the Vector Prime repaint is good too.

Stop now, or you will receive warnings. Thank you.
Not to keep a negative vein going but I thought this was a really good example of how things can get nasty quickly, and is very avoidable.
Wouldn't it be nice if posts could be constrained to comments on figures we are planning on buying and not pooping on lines we don't even collect? It is rather inevitable that declaring a figure be better off not being made is going to illicit negative responses.
IMHO, thereis a substantial difference between wishing a figure not be made and wishing that Hasbro had made different choices in the design/paint.
For example, I don't collect animated, so I don't stress myself out about the line and don't bother to post negative comments on figures I obviously don't appreciate like those who collect them.
I do collect Classics and anything TF comic related, and I love Classics and G1 repaints. Thanks Hasbro for the "fan wank." It is about time we got some love. Odd how in the original post it was made to sound Hasbro was doing something wrong by giving back to the adult community.
Anyway, more on topic. These all look insanely great. Will certainly be getting the minis, Inferno, Cyclonus, Hound, SS along with the VP repaint. Only thing is I do hope they darken up Brawn and hound. The greens are a little too bright. IMO they should be more of an olive green. Still, the mold look awesome. I can't wait!!
Habro, another "fan wank" please, I'd like the other 2 Rainmakers. Acid Storm is lonely.

That kinda makes me mad.
It's actually cool that they are releasing a more toon accurate Starscream.

Nope, he isn't. Even if they made an A3 repaint (remolded head) of him for Botcon, it's still not him.

One more thing could hasbro get whoever does these pictures to transform them right, I really want to see cheetor with his arms done right. Then theres Shockarm prime

They charge that much for him nowadays? Glad I got him during commercial release.

Bruticus will be a pass, I think I'd rather track down a Cryo for a second version of that mould and with all seven previous Hasbro releases of the Classics Seekers, Henkei Starscream and (on their way soon) Henkei TC and SW I don't really need another Starscream from that mould, although he is a lot nicer than the 'air show' colours of the first Classics release.
I still prefer the look of the Jizai Cyclonus over this one, but it'll be nice to own a version that doesn't fall apart every time you pick it up. The Hasbro one will be a shelfmate for Uni Galvatron while the Jizai can hang out with Airanhod Galvatron when I get around to finishing the paint on him.
Biggest surprise has to be The Last Autobot. Definate, definate purchase. I'm really hoping that the production version looks as good as the test shot. The wealth of moulded detail on the figure looks to be brought out really well by those paint aps.

Universe Inferno, Hound, are Cyclonus are superb! Can't wait to get my hands on them.
Hound is so much better than Binaltech Hound.
I wished they done something more than just simply recolor Starscream. This figure is not bad. But still got a lot of room for improvements. Like for example, find a way to fix the big hole under the jet mode, and redesign the legs to give them true "Classics-grade" articulation. Without building the whole figure from ground up.

I also wish they would do the other two rainmakers to complete that set and add some new seekers to the lineup.

According to Wikipedia, "slag" is a british swear word. I will not go into detail on that, but simply put, the chance of seeing "Slag" on an impressionable kid's toy is N-I-L.
Speaking of which, wanna bet the original Snarl will be called "Striker"?

Of course, why not change two names, when you only need to change one!!! Makes perfect sense! As I said, I think HASBRO is just going to phase out the whole stegosaur dinobot.

I think we said that about every Vector Prime product picture that HASBRO/Takara put out.

I agree. Universe/Classics line is awesome. But only on the new molds, or molds designed specifically for this line.. I'm not sold on all those Universe repaints from other lines.

After seeing Hot Shot, you'll wonder why they didn't just release this version of the figure from the get go.
Dinobot isn't perfect, but he's good. I might even pick him up.
Also shown was Wheelie (yeah, you read that right), and Warpath.

No links available because the pictures he's talking about are exclusive to the newest TFClub issue and aren't offically mass released yet. They show Smokescreen, Hot Shot, Dinobot, Legends Warpath, Hot Rod & Wheelie. They all look really cool except for Dinobot being mistransformed. But even he looks awesome.
No one will post pics or even links to them on this site lest we incur MODWRAITH.

Mucho gracias, señor! You have an amazing gift!
So all the G1 revivals are Legends.
Wheelie can actually fit into my Classics collection. Maybe a bit of complaint will be the stiff unbending arms.
Hot Rod is quite nice for a Legend.
Why is Warpath's tank not a tank? I hope it's just mistransformed.
Hotshot and Dinobot looks mighty good. Especially Hotshot. Not so kiddie design this time. Nice. Looks as if he has grown up.

Thanks! That Warpath at the top (the big one, not the Legend at the bottom) looks FRIGGIN AWESOME! But is that an upcoming toy, or some sort of custom sculpt or something else? If it is an upcoming toy, is a Universe Classic, or a 25th Anniversary thing, or what? Can anyone translate the page?
And what's that Jetfire figure on there? It looks like a movie design, so I assume it's the design for Jetfire in TF2. If so, that's gonna be a must-buy figure.
Can we post those pics here, or are they off-limits?

Bumblebeerocks rocks! (Did i just repeat a word?)
Great hint. It's subtle. It's not spoon-feeding. It's like Sherlock Holmes cracking the puzzle. And it gives results!
I like that big Warpath too. But i'm quite sure it's custom. Never seen anything with that style of details from Hasbro yet. Not even Movie Brawl, the most realistic Hasbro tank, have those kinds of tracks!

you good sir, need to taper off the painkillers
I believe the custom mentioned was of the masterpiece warpath that surfaced quite some time ago and had nothing to do with the collector's mag(outside of sharing space on the same blog)
