cleazer of 2005 Boards recently sent a letter to the Hyatt Hotel, former loaction of OTFCC 2004, regarding the room situation. Here is the response he was given.

Although that event will no longer take place at the Hotel, we will continue to hold your current room reservation, subject to all applicable hotel policies, unless you contact us to cancel or change your reservation.

You can call 1-800-633-7313 if you would like to cancel your reservations and change to a different hotel.
