#HASCON 2017 Lorenzo di Bonaventura Transformers Hall of Fame Induction

We know that many Seibertronians had considered attending Hascon, but were not able to actually make it in person, so Seibertron.com has strived to bring you an idea of what the event looked like in first person, with a walkthrough of the floors and the brand experiences laid out by Hasbro - featuring Magic the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, My Little Pony, Star Wars, Disney Princess, Marvel, Nerf, and more (but missing GI Joe, Dropmix and Hascade, due to time constraints!) - in a 20 minute clip! Follow our own Seibertron as he takes a look at all the areas, and enjoy the official images provided by Hasbro themselves collected in our gallery below, featuring the likes of James Gunn, Mark Wahlberg, Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, Maddie Ziegler, Isabella Moner, Brandin Cook, and more!

The other experience you may not have taken part in is the VIP event that took place on the Saturday evening of Hascon, the one that included the Hall of Fame inductions for Susan Blu and Lorenzo di Bonaventura, the Transformers: The Last Knight panel with Mark Wahlberg, Isabela Moner, di Bonaventura, Frank Welker and Peter Cullen, the Power of the Primes reveals of the Terrorcons and more with Takara Tomy and Hasbro designers - such as Shogo Hasui, Takashi Kunihiro, Hideaki Yoke, plus John Warden, and others - and the Toy and Character Hall of Fame reveals!

The Stan Bush concert at the end of the night is not included in this recording, but you can join Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner and the host for the evening, plus site owner Seibertron in the full VIP evening events in the video below!

Bossbot extraordinaire, Seibertron, posted his walkthrough of the Transformers Area walk through at Hascon, in it there's vintage and modern toys on display, a huge Optimus Prime statue from his Transformers: Prime appearance, showings of the cartoons and movies all weekend for everybody to watch, the vehicles from the live action films, autograph signings from the various voice actors and stars, Rescue Bots play area, The epic The Last Knight diorama, and much, much more. It definitely is worth checking out to see the fantastic sights below!

Oh, I know, I know and trust me, the other announcements do make me happy(even if they didn't mention Seacons at all, c´mon, with Rippersnapper, Overbite shouldn't be far), but it IS enraging that they said that about the Horrorcons.

To those of you who went, how would you rate the Transformers part of Hascon? Better or worse than BotCon used to be?

Anybody hitting HTS for the exclusives on September 20th? Looks like I'm out of luck on the GI Joe Cobra missile command but everything else will be there.

Exclusives are up, although it looks like some haven't come in stock yet or won't come in stock period

The primitive Prime was also listed as available.

I was very surprised I could order Titans Arcee. I just expected this was another convention exclusive I would have no chance at adding to my collection. Thanks for the heads up!

It looks like the Cobra missile command either never came in stock or sold out quick.

Me too. I just ordered my two. One to display with my other Transformers figures and one to keep in the box.

She was up for about an hour before selling out. That's about six times as long Primitive Prime lasted.

I actually dont mind that. I have quite a few Walgreens in Mid Indiana. Found Brainstorm almost without trying at the first one I checked.

Skipping the Walgreens clones though. I can sell my Pounce and pay less for the two Takara sets than trying to track down the Hasbro Fastlane.

Different Stock allotments. If Hasbro took 75 cases to HASCON, set aside 20 Cases for HTS, and sold 100 Cases to TRU (And I am totally making up numbers on the spot, those in no way actually represent the amounts.) It's not that Hasbro took 195 Cases of Arcee to HASCON, sold 60 of them, and then said "Okay, well now what, Einstein?"
