But that Optimus, with limited articulation and a vehicle that look like a Minecraft construct that got an unfortunate encounter by a Creeper is so herpederp, so bad, so GARBAGE!............ I like it a lot! Especially because he mostly look like a Cybertronian Orion Pax who decided to hit the gym. Especially with that very "Animated" head sculpt.
I'll keep an eye open for that one.

Bost likely only the first step of conversion. Like the Animated Activators. First, the automorph "explosion", then you ajust the bits.

The two figures revealed in this subline are Roll N’ Change Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. They will both be released at the end of summer in brick and mortar locations and are at the $50 USD price point. So basically big Transformers toys to be on shelves for the fall and holiday season.

It says in the description. It rolls to transform from car to robot, but you have to manually convert it back to the car in 8 steps.

The joke there was it wasn't even Transformers animated that gave him a proper face, you have the Cybertron cartoon to thank for that. Even then, it seems like an Optimus Primal design element that carried over, so perhaps you should just thank Beast Wars

Optimus having a face goes all the way back to the G2 Go-Bot toy, followed by the Machine Wars redeco of G1 Thunder Clash.ZeroWolf wrote:DeathReviews wrote:Seeing Optimus with a FACE isn't any less jarring now than it was with Transformers Animated. There was a storybook with a face-plate less Optimus too.

Very cool stuff, I hope they make the entire team. Ultra is present day Voyager size.
Cyberverse has a few very cool figures, that Hammerhead guy, Lugnut's sister, Shockwave's are pretty good. There are some good figures in the line and I was rolling around the floor with the cartoon especially season 2.
Can't wait for the new 2 movies and hopefully more new toys.
And a better Optimus and Megatron Ultra sized.
Offtopic, old rusty here. Ultra used to be bigger than Mega which is Voyager now.
Stuff confuses me for no reason.

THIS is what the ER deluxe should have been. Plus they didn't skimp on paint either.
This may be one of my top-10 deluxes of 2021!

Amazon.ca
I was supposed to get Starscream for 16$CAN, but they sent Prowl by mistake.
Add the 5$ Prime cashback and he was 11$! (I cancelled my free Prime trial 1 day before the auto-renewal.)
He's still available but at the full 30$CAN.
You should get it while you still can.
Oh... It's gone now.
At least the 16$ Starscream is still available: https://www.amazon.ca/-/fr/Hasbro-TRA-C ... 82&sr=1-81?tag=seibertron0b-20&

Not for nothing, that doesn't look like a Warrior Class figure. I can't think of one that came with a separate weapon accessory, they're usually built-in as part of a gimmick.

You know what, while that toy has it's flaws, it is very very fun to mess with and transform. Really, the only flaw is that backpack in robot mode that ruins his silouette.

Yeah, it's terrible name. With options like Grimjack and Lockjack they went with Wheelgrim? Not crazy about that one.
Also what did they do to Wheeljack's face!? They shaved the guy, the beard was his best feature! Also not crazy about Grimlock being so gold, I doubt he'll look like that on the cartoon.

Cyberverse Prowl is superbly painted. Plus the overall shape of the car is better, more "real cop car."
In robot mode, Cyberverse get points for having the shoulder canons integrated to the bot. Plus he's very satisfying to transform.
From the side, both look thin and manage their backpack well.
From the back, it's a big "oof" for the ER because of the hollow legs. You'd expect this on a Cyberverse, not a Generations. Plus, Prowl's legs are covered with extra panels! But the Cyber have a questionable fault. Why the hollow forearms? Cyber also have the hollow inner thighs.
Overall, I think Deluxe Prowl is the superior toy. More fun to transform, look better at all times, and feel SOLID in hand. Also, spark effects!
