First pics of Revenge of the fallen deluxe bumblebee

I'm really liking that new head remold.

Looks good I was not expecting a movie accurate head sculpt or weapon at all, i thought they would just add that new bumper and grill. Ah im excited, it looks like the arm cannon will rotate around to be a hand too. Cant wait to get this guy.

Because there just weren't enough versions of that lousy mold.

Alright, a NEW one! This will make the fourth figure of this mould that I have.

Sweet, another movie toy I don't have to buy. XD I'm not buying something nearly the same as what I've already got. I prefer the black to the silver anyway.

I ditched most of my movie figures in liu of Classics/Universe, but I kept all my Movie Bumblebee's/Cliffjumper. I love that friggin figure, its an awesome mold. I'll probably by this one too.

BTW, is Ryan or another admin from here going to ask them about using Ryan's pics and not crediting him when this site does not do the same to them?? I am hoping they asked Ryan first, but I strongly doubt it.

Oh, come on! Why must they make another one? I've already got three of this guy (regular, screan battles, premium), plus the first one.

Why did they have to change BB again? What was wrong with his first movie look that they had to make a newer version of him?

I don't mind people using the images from this website. I do have a problem with people deliberately removing the watermarks from my images but since this is a one time thing, I don't see the point in making a huge issue out of this.

Don't forget the Target Allspark Blue Exclusive. But I must admit that I am a whore for this mold.

I don't see the new head mold. I see a new shitty weapon ( that will prolly look better without the missle... I hate missles )

I can't wait to see the new Prime and Megatron.

You forgot the Target exclusive Allspark repaint, so it’s the eighth actually.

I'll probably pass on this, it's just not different enough for me. I hope the ROTF line doesnt repaint the entire first movie cast.

Totally will. They repainted the whole line in the first line, so I'm sure they will do it again.

hmmm.... right now at first glance.. i dunno if this makes me wanna buy a third bumblebee... we'll have to see what the rest of the movie cast end up looking like..

Good point. I'll need better pics if I'm to pass better judgement.

The original Concept Camaro Bumblebee mold is pretty well perfect anyway - they couldn't really improve on it much. The new head and colours only help to make it more movie accurate... and Hasbro isn't putting a gun to your head and forcing you to buy

Hopefully, they won't do the same with the other toys of returning characters. The Bumblebee toy was great enough the first time, but I think (for screen accuracy's sake) Ratchet, Ironhide and *especially* Starscream could all use entirely new molds.

I love what they did with the mold. I myself don't mind the typical Hasbro missle; the color of it is film-accurate, and it adds to the look of the toy in an interesting way. With what we are seeing with Soundwave & Bumblebee, I would love to see a Leader Class Starscream... as big as that F-22 would be, I think none of us would mind; no missle-hands!

I really like the new head sculpt, but I have like 5 movie BBs already.

I'll get him when I see him on sale.

I don't think tf08.net stole my photos. They took the photo they used from http://78dm.net/01movie/movie.htm, which apparently has stolen TONS of my photos. Do you guys have any way to contact the folks at 78dm.net? That's who we need to contact to put a stop to stealing my photos. Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Actually this is a good thing as some of your galleries disappeared in the board crash we now have a source to get them from!

Looks the same as the first version. I was hoping they would improve on it by making a more accurate head or by at least doing some extra paint aps on the helmet and teh face.

Those galleries are defintely NOT my galleries in their entirety. But regardless, I don't like that they are stealing so many photos from my website. Pretty bogus if you ask me. I don't mind people using images from my galleries ... that's what they're there for. I just don't like them reproducing all of my galleries in the format that they are doing.

ok so? This is nothing new nearly every company treats the public this way. Nobody said you have to buy the 8 bumblebees that were made. Some like the character Bumblebee and want all the figures what's the problem with that? Hasbro is just trying to make money and kids like bumblebee so that's why they milk the franchise for all it's worth. That's just the way things are. They can't afford to make a new bumblebee everytime so they make repaint no yes that does get annoying but some people like them so that's why hasbro makes em. Don't like em don't buy em simple as that.

not surprised at this outcome, I will be passing on any molds that were out for the first movie, I dont see any reason to have multiple slightly different versions of the same mold.

I've said this a lot and I'll say it again, no matter how much of a hear-say it is because I REALLY do believe it to be true.

Someone on TradeMe (kind of like eBay for NZers) who imports Transformers has a friend that was one of the selected somethings-or-rathers who organises the import of toys for companies or something like that had passed on information to him and he let me in on some stuff. Apparently, most of the new movie figures will be repaints of the older movie line, some with slight remolds and/or slight retoolings. He did say there are some new molds though, such as Jetfire and we also know (but he didn't mention this) about Soundwave. Don't know if anyone cares but I thought I'd throw that out there AGAIN.

I'm glad I didn't get bumblebee yet, I hated his head on the current deluxe figure and the premium looked weird too. this definitely looks more accurate.

I always knew they were going to get it right at some point.

Okay...I'm really not getting the complaints about it being a remold. We Know Bumblebee isn't changing alt modes...I think we can be well assured that his robot mode has not changed substantially...is there any reason on Earth why he shouldn't use the same mold for his ROTF form? Really, Hasbro could have kept the mold exactly as is, and quite happily sold it to a million kids. Its not like the movie line sold badly the first time

Instead, they take the time to correct the few flaws the mold had, and get themselves smacked around for their troubles by the fans. Charlie Brown's football days don't have nothing on Hasbro with fans

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect new molds for a new film, especially given how much mileage has been had out of the disappointing Camaro mold already.
