Im sick of crappy one step figures existing. Back in the 80s every character got a mold in the main line. No kiddie lines needed. Kids got mini bots and jumpstarters. Today they got legends class. Death to "same character" one step figures. :michaelbay:

On photobucket I been so busy I haven't even looked into it. Does this "upgrade" require any money or personal info? As much as I enjoy occasionally posting pictures, that would be where I draw the line...

I have nothing against cheapo 1steps. But it's true that to have new molds of the same characters over and over is a bit redundant.

As for Photobucket, yes, cough up the cash.
I'm using HOSTING PICS as an alternative.

Are all Transformers from a movie that look like they should be scout class Transformers one steps? What's really disappointing is that Hound looks so cool, but he's a one step. I thought about getting a rescue bot because some of those look neat, but I can tell there more than one step to them, and I don't see anything about instructions coming with them, and I'd rather not buy one and have to use up phone battery to look for an instructional YouTube video and watch it. Mr. Burn, could I please trade post counts with Tersoplix?

In a perfect world, yes. In a parallel dimension where hasbro makes slightly different descison, more risky decisions, a nitro style head. In ours, no.

So you are saying out of the blue, photobucket just decided it was going to start charging for a service thats been free for eternity? I opened that account in 2006 sheesh....I dont give a crap about ads or features. I only use it for one thing: posting pics on forums. Is there no free option for that anymore? That site will surely go bankrupt within a year.

Thanks to Amazon, we have confirmation of that Bumblebee 3-Pack that was rumoured a while back. While we don't have pictures, we do have the product code, the price (£64.99), and most importantly: The contents!

Celebrate the heroic Auto bot scout with the Bumblebee Evolution 3-Pack
3 Deluxe scale Bumblebee figures with movie-inspired detail
1977 Chevrolet Camaro from Movie 1 converts in 12 steps
1967 Chevrolet Camaro from Movie 4 converts in 18 steps
2016 Chevrolet Camaro from Movie 5 converts in 17 steps

In other words, the three molds included are...

'07 Movie's Deluxe Class '77 Camaro Bumblebee (Takara version pictured)
ImageImage
Transformers (2007) Bumblebee Gallery

AoE's Deluxe Class High Octane Bumblebee (Hasbro version pictured)
ImageImage
Transformers Age of Extinction: Generations High Octane Bumblebee Gallery

TLK's Deluxe Class Bumblebee (Hasbro stock photos pictured)
Image

All three of these will likely have new decos, though we aren't sure how different they will be until we have proper images. So, are you sold on this set already, do you wanna wait to see more, or does this not appeal to you at all?

Since my only '07 movie figure is barricade, what would you say about this mold. It looks kind of odd TBH, but I've heard some things, like how "it's criminally underrated".

From my experience, it's a very fun figure. However, I'm probably biased since I haven't played with it in years...

I think that it''s pretty similar to MV1 leader Prime in the fact that it's horrifically inaccurate but still a good toy. I myself am not a fan of the mould(partly because I was gifted two in 2007 only for the QC on the joints to be awful on both and partly because I hate the look), but it's got a fun conversion with no particularly irritating bits and includes some really cool automorph for the chest, and good automorph in the legs (if it works :( ). Just because my two were crap doesn't mean that the reissue ones will be. I personally liked that Barricade a lot more, and I didn't really like that mould, so take that into consideration. Coming from someone who dislikes the figure, it's probably worth it if you can stand the look.

I just hope it's the fixed version from the first Movie, I have one right now where the front clip of the car (front clip = fenders forward) doesn't lock in place!!

I'll probably end up with this set if we get confirmation. Why buy one Bumblebee when you can buy 3 for 4x the price?!

I own it and I dont like it. It is as odd as it looks, especially the feet which are not elegant and clumsy. The 07 toy which I feel is really underrated is the concept camarro Bee. Now that is a great looking toy and an amazing vehicle mode that does a better job at representing the look of the car in the film than the new Masterpiece we are getting. It got a cool cliffjumper redeco too. Here is a fun article I found on the site if you want to know more about that toy I just mentioned. I guess someone was doing lists here long before I came around :)

Also Przemo24Pl, dont worry, the new Movie 5 Bee will be released individually at the end of the summer.

He might come out earlier, we dont know, nothing is confirmed. But end of summer is a more conservative guess, just ont hope for earlier and get dissapointed.

Anyways, TFXProtector over at TFW got the wave 3 voyagers and he didnt have good things to say about Nitro:

So, got him in yesterday and I have to say I'm rather unimpressed, really.

His head is an absolute mess and the neck panel is made out of that hard rubber, so the post doesn't really want to connect and stay connected. (I'm going to have to find some kind of a filler material to push the latch pieces closer together so the connection is tight.)

He's a partsformer. You absolutely have to remove his head to make the transformation work correctly and his wings love to pop off of the black hinge holding them to his body. (This is the part that really grinds my gears.)

His wings do not want to peg in, at all, unless you have everything just perfect and by the time you do have it perfect, one side's already popped back up or the head's fallen out.

In robot mode and in jet mode, he looks great, it's getting there that's a journey not worth taking. I know Hasbro was left out of the loop by Bay not keeping the whole Cogman is a Headmaster thing in the film, but it should've been left out of the toy line as well. It just doesn't work here and takes a could be great figure and makes him a real pain in the butt and not so likable in the end.

Scorn's the better of the two out of this wave.

It will all depend on their decos, HO Bumblebee has overly long legs and overly stubby arms that I would've tried to forgive if he wasn't horribly painted...and the fact that he didn't make it to retail here, forcing us to pay up to 35 bucks to get him didn't help at all.

The TFScource listing mentions "Evolution" for the Bumblebee 3-pack, the same theme is found in the Tribute Optimus Prime & Orion Pax 2-pack. I'm actually considering the possibility it's another Tribute release. :-?

Seems like a neat set of three very different movie Bees all with different camaro forms. That 2007 Bee is fine to show how far they've come but he's really not a great toy at all and extremely inaccurate and blocky. I only bought him at the time cos he was the only Bee available cos the concept camaro Bee hadn't yet been released (and it was ages before a single pack version was, I got my concept Bee from the Argos two pack with Voyager Prime. Damn I remember running to Argos super fast that day when I found they had it in stock)

Need that new Deluxe noooow...

We have several reviews of Transformers: The Last Knight Nitro (Zeus) for you. On the boards, it seens the points of view are quite different to the point that there are even reports of some people saying you must remove the head to transform the robot into a jet and some saying that is not the case. It seems to be a divisive toy to be sure so the best remedy (unless you don't want spoilers) is to get as aquainted with the toy as possible through reviews. Hopefully these from Chuckdawg and Baltmatrix help.

chuckdawg1999 wrote:The cross play with the Titans Return line is a great way to get the usual generation buyers to try out the movie line. I ultimately found myself enjoying this figure more than Scorn. Did I mention that this thing is armed to the teeth?

Nitro Zeus looks to be a great design suffering from spotty tolerances. If you get a good copy he looks to be a joy, if you get a dud then he's a nightmare. I want him regardless as he's an awesome looking figure based on one of the only good things about the movie.

I will say, I'm sad they didn't use a design like that for Starscream. The actual design we got isn't terrible but Nitro Zeus looks soooooo cool.

I like Nitro's design but I still far prefer Starscream. He was a very unusual creative design for the time especially in regards to having an accurately scaled jet who didn't tower over everybody in robot mode and he just looks cool to me. Leader Starscream had been on my want list for ages and I often play with the DotM Deluxe figure and just wish it was bigger but wasn't keen on the voyager figures I had owned (though now I'm aware there's an upscaled voyager size version of the Deluxe, I must have it!)
