Ryan brings us even more galleries of classic figures. This time in the lens: Telemocha
Tigatron and
Wolfang! Telemocha was Takara's celebration of 10 years of the Beast Wars series, which saw some more anime-accurate repaints of previous figures, or sometimes even a new character every now and then. Click below to see these new galleries.

Got both of these and I love them both, although I cannot stand Red Fang's mask down. IMO he looks like a giant squirrel face.

I wish they would have released the last 2 figures, Cicadacon and Drancron, in this line before it was cancelled. I never got Tripredacus, so I was gonna get all 3 of it members once the last one was released. And I would have LOVED Drancron! I can't even find an original one. Maybe in another couple years Hasbro or Takara will do a 15th Anniversary line and release more than a half dozen or so figures. There are so many great figures from the Beast Wars line.

Was there a particular reason for late BEAST WARS love of kibble? Did it just sort of evolve into that? It's just a trend I've notice and was curiouse about.

was there a running change for Wolfang or is that one the japanese version? The one i have is gray & blue. In my opinon the gray ones better.

Funny enough, the repaint of Wolfang is a Decepticon. I think they should've given it a new name, but then again, it doesn't really matter all too much.

They did, didn't they? He's called Boldfang. Though I like to change it around a little and call him Bloodfang. Or you can always just call him Howlinger.

It should be noted that this new Wolfang is a completely new character form the original Wolfang. The original Wolfang was a Maximal and was called "Howlinger" in Japan. Whereas this one is a Predacon and is called "Wolfang" in Japan.
And, his name is differnet in that, while it is spelled as "Wolfang", it is actually pronounced as "Volfang".

To make things a bit clearer, the pronunciation is supposedly German, as the kana read "Bo-ru-fa-n-gu", or "Vol-fah-ng". The reason he's made a new Destron/Predacon is probably to keep the overal numbering scheme consistent: Cybertrons had the odd designations, Destrons the even ones.
