I'd have preferred Cyberverse, though. And 5 team members.

Glad there are more Kreons as well. I will definitely pick these sets up.
And now I believe we know about that "Combiners" copyright from last week. Can always hope that Classics/Generations will get some of this love as well.

plus think of how easy to customize these will be!

More of this, less of that other crap, and you will succeed! These look fun, intuitive, and cute all at once! Not to mention how awesome each respectable mode looks, once you see how small these guys are. good job hasbro. I thought it would be years before I said that again.

Christ, that's the first lol I've had all day (bad day at work)
Why they bother with this crap is still beyond me - and yes, the fact that they are KO Legos just astounds me....

Will buy, especially for 11$, those are fantastic.
Maybe not for TF fans, but for TF fans, that also like LEGO, this is

Some fans, like myself, just like different Transformers stuff. Diff'rent strokes, and all that.

Give us the real Predaking!
I know I don't speak for everyone but seriously, F*** kreon. Tired of all these retarded deviations from the real Transformers.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned that the single packed Kreons will probably include the fifth member to each team. I think that's a pretty simple genius kind f marketing strategy. The combined robot can be built out of only four members and their Lego bits for the left arm. The fifth member is unnecessary, but of course, gotta shell out an extra $3 for the whole team.
I won't fault 'em for it, but I'm not a completionist, haha. I feel like I'll be buying the fifth member for the Aerialbots for sure if they do nice wings for them. The Technobots as well, depending on who gets cut.
Posted by Tigertrack on July 9th, 2012 @ 3:34pm CDT
I'll certainly grab them, a couple of each I would say.
And maybe, just maybe, this indicates Predaking is on the way elsewhere...

if these are what that 'Combiners' solicitation referred to; oh dear. Hercules isn't going anywhere. (Not that I ever thought he would be.)

i completely agree with you.. i wish they'd do something super cool like these third parties do.
it's just a shame that 30 years go by.. and we still can't have a really good, well put together combiner.
Posted by Noideaforaname on July 9th, 2012 @ 7:20pm CDT
You'd kinda think Vortex would be the one Combati-Kreon left out, since he's got his own set.
Posted by Screamfleet on July 9th, 2012 @ 7:35pm CDT
I'm pretty excited for these, totally sold. Will work well in my minifigure collection.

I just hope that our chances aren't blown for more combiners because of this Kre-O stuff and the side that don't like FoC Bruticus being more vocal about it.Noideaforaname wrote:Eh, Hasbro can never achieve what (some) fans want, anyways. We're getting a full Scramble City 5-man Combaticon Combiner team --no extra kibble or repaints-- and many are still not satisfied.
Though it's hard to be vocal when you're accused of just wanting to argue about it when you are vocal about it...
