They look pretty good! Well, the deluxe anywhoo. I prefer the other Prime to be honest.
It looks like the Jazz as mistransformed in other pics, so does this mean Ironhide too could have been mistransformed arm-wise?

There's already a topic about this.

That Jazz is my fave by far. It's truly beautiful!
In fact, all four deluxes look real good. I just can't get over BB's stoopid looking mug. It's creepy!

And here we thought that Starscream was the only one we would have to see being top-heavy, but instead it turns out that that is a general theme to all of these.

Yeah, so much for the 'These tfs won't carry half their alt mode on their backs' bit...lol
Re: Colored Pictures of TF Movie Figures! (3711)

Prime looks a bit short in the legs, but I looove that truck mode. Jass has come out pretty well, and a lot more car-part-y than I was expecting especially on the legs. Bumblebee doesn't look so hot in that picture (but since when were Hasbro pictures flattering?) and it looks like the automoprh feature on his chest/hood hasn't gone off. A bit of a shame, but I've seen worse.

So now the only "main line" renditions we haven't seen yet are Ironhide and Bonecrusher. I can hardly wait.

Yeah, I much prefer the Prime chrisjbrandon has linked to. I think that one's a Voyager. I'll be buying that one, rather than the one that costs £50+ and is out of proportion in bot mode.

Oprime looks great, the others look good save fore barricade's shoulder kibble. Are the Cyber Stompers the "I-Bots" we saw posted a few days ago? If so im getting prime for my desk :)

I'd really like to see that Megatron figure up close...the coloring adds depth to him- he's growing on me, I have to admit.

Prime's legs are too short, but I think it's because the trunkn of his body is holding the electronic features. I wonder if the other Prime mold we've seen was for the "Unleashed" movie series figures...did we ever see an alt mode on it?

All in all, a very impressive line of figures. Can't wait for Seibs or Remy to get their mits on em and do some galleries...

If you look the reason is his legs are bent backward straighten the legs out and he might look good. I love jazz ans all of them but we still havent seen bonecrusher.

Jazz looks so fucking sweet - I'm sure I've said it before, but he's the only character I've cared about coming out right in the movie, and from the looks of it he has :D

DOSE BONECRUSHER 09CAMARO BUMBLEBEE FRENZY AND A GOOD NON FAST ACTION IRONHIDE EVEN EXSIST. By the way these are kick ass.
Re: Colored Pictures of TF Movie Figures! (3736)
Posted by bumblezzz on January 28th, 2007 @ 10:54am CST
I wonder...... why in all the prime pic (prototype and painted) have his gun out, I hope the "advanced" automorph tech will make him have 2 hands instead of 1 and bumble bee finally has transparent windows I think and why didn't they show frenzy I mean he came with barricade and brawl looks cool but man, Jazz look as complexed as life its self. megs kickbutt, prime head sick, prime gun kinda ignoring. god cant wait to see ultimate bb.
Re: Colored Pictures of TF Movie Figures! (3755)
Posted by sparkofchaos on January 28th, 2007 @ 11:09am CST
megatron looks like he's one of the bad guys from power rangers

brawl and jazz got so much more meat than bumblebee and barricade, they don't look like belong to the same class

and yes, i hope they make the other movie prototype prime that surfaced recently. i doubt that one is voyager size though as it still seems pretty detailed (probably a ultra or leader class size). The ones here, on the other hand, look more to me they are supreme class. And what makes the ultimate bumblebee then...probably an ultra supreme
Re: Colored Pictures of TF Movie Figures! (3756)

actually nevermind, these are leader class size as stated here

Prime looks too bulky...
Re: Colored Pictures of TF Movie Figures! (3759)

Hmm..
The Leader class, Im not convinced, I think I'll save my money for the other prime we say, and megs... still looks shit.

Deluxes, I like the bots.... but what the hell are so called con robot modes really?

I liked how Prime, looks even Megatron they look bulky, which is good for me however, I hate the fact that most Decepticons are completely out of scale. Take Brawl for instance he a deluxe size figure. He's a freaking Tank!!! He's the same size as a Camaro and he's a freaking tank. The only decepticon who should be a deluxe is Barricade. Brawl should have been bigger. Same with Blackout.

The colors make Megatron look better than those aweful prototype images. Prime looks fine, the rest are okay. THe Cyberstompin ones look the best of em all.

I definitely want Prime and maybe Megatron. Hopefully Hasbro will flood my area with leader classes like they did with Cybertron. Not sold on the deluxes yet. Glad to see Prime's torso does not look like the image from Empire Magazine we've seen lately.
Re: Colored Pictures of TF Movie Figures! (3786)
Posted by Thunder_breaker on January 28th, 2007 @ 11:40am CST
Wow, I liked the other Prime better. This one is okay. Megs actually looks the best. I don't think it looks like megatron, but it would make a good mindless monster to add to my collection. BB looks kind of funky here. I have seen other pics that were more flattering. Barricade looks retarded. Brawl isn't very impressive. Jazz would be much better with hands. I dont get the other OP and BB. Are they the fisher price versions?

Also: is Hasbro even making a toy of Bumblebee's upgraded form?

Maybe the 'masterpeice/supreme/teh uber' bumblebee will be the upgraded alt mode.

Who knows.

Bonecrusher and BB II will probably be in the second wave while these are all first waves.

Which one's Bonecrusher?

Why would a tf (that has been deisnged to look as alien as possible) be called bonecrusher, especilly when the cybertronians would never have heard of bones....

I'm trying really hard to like these, but I just can't.
I promised myself that I wouldn't buy any movie figures, and these pictures are making my wallet a lot happier.

Except for Prime who looked better without it(still it could be worse), the color is realy helping these figures.

Oh and CyberStomping :???: Why am I picturing a revamped but not as good RoboSapien.

The same reason Hound is called Hound.

Bonecrusher is a big pointy construction vehicle that tackles the bus in the trailer.

If I had to guess, Bonecrusher and Ironhide will be ultras for wave 2.

meh, megs is still an awsome monstercon, but not a good megatron.

i wish the designers for these would have realises that the cons were just as iconic as the bots. bumbles, jazz and prime at least look like they were meant to be thier namesakes. cons are just freakish monsters.

that being said, i love freakish monsters. i plan on getting barricade and megs, but brawl is just too dumpy lookin for me to touch. the bots are cool enough for me to want them.

I have no problem with the names personally, but it does kinda distroy Bay's pant-tacular argument about why the tfs in the movie look how they look.

Simple way to solve that, names are just the closest thing to their original names in Cybertronian.

TFs have metal frames that everything is attached to it, much like bones. So in theory he could just be a big robot that mashes frames or Bonecrusher just sounds cool.

Here's a hint. If your intention was to state that Bay messed up the names, then you should have chose one of the new TFs that doesn't have the same name as from G1. Don't you see that you aren't just insulting Bay's TFs, but the original Bonecrusher.

*sigh* Whelp, that pic of "Jazz" sealed it for me. I'm not getting a single one of these guys. I can't believe that's supposed to be Jazz. He looks like he's got a cross between the head of a bat and an S type Valkyrie.

Also, Prime has an elongated head again. :?
