TRANSFORMERS BEAST HUNTERS SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN.
1. ELIGIBILITY. The TRANSFORMERS BEAST HUNTERS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of (and who are physically present in) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least six (6) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age on the date of entry. The following are also ineligible: employees, their spouses and immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and any of their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of The Cartoon Network, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Hasbro, Inc. (“Prize Provider”), Arch Marketing Solutions (“Administrator”), Time Warner Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, cable affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, including Sponsor, Prize Provider and Administrator, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).
The Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”). Void in Puerto Rico, United States territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Participants may enter the Sweepstakes from 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 11, 2013 until 11:59:59 p.m. PT on March 17, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must log on to www.cartoonnetwork.com/win during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the directions to enter by providing and submitting participant’s email address. Participants must get parental permission before participation.

So dishonest. What you should do is get a bunch of local kids to enter the contest on the premise you would buy the toys off them later if they won (at a steep discount). Thus if you are smart and have high school friends with kids, you could have 40 to 50 entries for yourself.
Tempting idea but too slimy for me!
