Kind of odd we're just now getting the "official images" now though. I all ready got my shipped notification from BBTS and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

These pics are looking a little washed out, but no doubt he's awesome. Once I get some Decepticon symbols on there.

Stormbomb is looking very awesome! Nice work indeed. I wonder if we'll have to wait another month for Backfiery incase there are any issues with Stormbomb.

A lot people have had either the pegs break off the end of the claws where they insert into the gauntlets or had teh gauntlets stress and crack. Mine are super tight, but I've experienced no damage.

Oh ya, I forgot about the claws. Mine are as tight as a nun on Sunday.

I used a disposable file, cut it to size with a hobby knife and then i used that on the slots in the gauntlets. Now they still are rather tight but you can easily remove them and they don't break.
I just ordered my Stormbomb from TFsource and can't wait to get it and see what Fansproject have done with the replacement blades. If they are redesigned i hope they will fit in the gauntlets.

Same here. The new blades will be cool, but not necessarily needed.

LOL Kinda weird, but funny, my mom came in and looked at him and said,
"Okay, what's with bondage man?"
I laughed my ass off.

I have NEVER had a single problem with anything Fansproject has made, which includes, 3 City Commander upgrades (Nemesis, Magnus, DIA), Protector Upgrade, Sidearm, Blesser, Warbot Defender, CrossFire Munitioner, Explorer, Warcry, Flameblast, and Thundershred. I don't mean to sound all defensive, but this is the first I've heard of any QC issues from Fansproject. Perhaps I've been lucky, or that I am a little more careful when handling pricier figures, but that has been my experience.
This.

Can't wait for this guy to arrive, my POL is in "warehouse" purgatory at BBTS, which is starting to annoy me. When I first started using them my shipment would be out the door the same day I hit the ship button, now it's usually at least two days. Oh well, they still have outstanding customer service so I guess that makes up for it.

but would that ensue a "cease and desist" lawsuit if they did?

Nope. Now, if they had called it Bomshell, gave him a Con symbol, and packaged it as a Transformer then they would be in hot water.

Almost as hot of water as CHMS and iGear is in...
...aka none whatsoever.

ahh ya killjoy... was hoping for a follow-on from what down_shift said...
ah well its not like its a massive issue - i was only really pointing out one of the key features that made Bombshell...well Bombshell...now there's a bit of a paradox - but then again - the reason I pointed it out is because manufacturers can be sued for the littlest things - Apple vs Samsung for example.. all that over a little patent

That would be the case if they were operating out of the US or a country that enforced those laws. I just find it amusing when people say they're trying to be careful not to get in trouble with Hasbro, yet there are plenty out there making exact replicas and getting away with it scot-free. Now, they might be trying to keep it more on the up and up so major online retailers will carry their product (for example, BBTS doesn't carry CHMS or iGear's KO molds), but if Hasbro isn't even going to do shit about KOs being sold at their own convention, I don't think people are too concerned with being served cease and desist papers in a country where that paper has no more meaning to it than toilet paper.
