Lugnutz I have been a fan of, but he doesn’t look right in those pictures, I’m thinking the guy has the prototype instead of the final product. Look at the Jaw for example, its unpainted in these photos unlike what I recall seeing earlier.
I also don’t see where people get off saying he’s a homage to G1 Shockwave, there is a resemblance, but the proportions are way off.
Ratchet sounds like he’ll live up to my expectations though.

Yeah, that Lugnut is a prototype. His mouth is gray in the show too. I'm still getting Blackarachnia for sure.

What really threw me off at first was the weird teal color on him, then I noticed the jaw.

I like lugnutz. Love Ratchet and the attachments. But the figure i love the most is Black Arachnia! That will be my top priority figure!

With the possible exceptions of Black Arachnia and Bumblebee, this is the line that I am least motivated to get. I'm not really a fan of any of the figures.

I think lugnut is not only a homage to Shockwave but has some beast wars scorpinok in him aswell.

These are nice figures. But each has its own failings.
Based on the pics and review, i'd say, Classics still better over them.

I like Lugnut's design a lot. Best of all, I'm glad the toy doesn't have neck articulation.
See, because cartoon Lugnut ALSO doesn't have neck articulation. That's why he has two eyes on either side of his head.

I thought he's got only one eye. Like Shockwave.
