Looks like Transformers Animated Grimlock and Lugnut will be out earlier than expected, scheduled to release with the rest of the Animated figures in June 2008. The update is as follows:

Great news and all, but it doesn't exactly specify *WHEN* they're arriving. Just because Hasbro is shipping them now, doesn't mean they'll be there in time. We'll see.

But the fact that they are already being shipped means BBTS should be able to send out Wave 1 and 2 Voyagers together, while the rest of us supposedly will have to wait until July or August to get them at retail--brick and mortar.

supposedly June 22 for the first wave, then on into August and September with 2 and 3.

Actually, we will be able to get wave 1 and 2 Voyagers at retail when the line debuts.

Bulkhead, Megatron and Starscream are wave 1.
Optimus is wave 2.
Grimlock and Lugnut are wave 3 and due in August.

(I think you were trying to say we'd be able to get wave 1 and wave 3 at the same time? If not, then I stand corrected, wave 1 and 2 are coming June 22nd.)
