So Blaster is back, I wonder if we'll have more posts from people happy to have the chance again, or pissed that his cost has gone up. I'll wait to see if Toshiba decides to bring him to North America.

Dollars to dimes, he's back because of Toshiba's intent to release Device Label outside of Japan.

Chettor is a no brainer, it was likely they would do him as a recolor. Now only if they would do a Glit so we can have a proper Shattered Ravage.

btw the Orochi, in Japan, is the name of a multi-headed giant snake, similar to the Hydra of Greek mythology. Would anybody know how that would fit Starscream?

OK, Alternity really isn't my thing, but if we get SS and SW as those cars...depending on how the bot modes look, I think I might have to get them.

Complete stretch but Starscream is a snake for one (both in his actions and his sharing his voice with Cobra Commander) and for the 8 heads of the Yamata no Orochi:

Aw sweet, I can have Blaster by my computer now! I'll wait and see if the price comes down though, geez. Think I would even pick up a Cheeta/Ravage if the price was under $20. Still just looks like a folded up cat though, they could have put a bit more design into it.

Really, it's a matter of if it still looks like starscream. Same coloring and so forth. If not, just becomes a big pass from me.

Gatta love the cat molds, you make one, and you get 3 via black yellow and white Coloring. Similar to the seekers, black, white and blue. Similar to optimus too, red/blue white and black.

If I had to choose a car mode for Starscream and the other seakers, it would be the Orochi. Sleek designs just like a plane and the grill looks like it is smirking. Blaster and Cheetor Device Labels, fantastic but why not Steeljaw? Buzz Lightyear alt mode could be the Ark or a F22 Raptor.

Interesting. I'm not a big fan of the Alternity Line, but the cars look very cool for the Seekers.

Its awesome will be getting Blaster, I might decide to pick him up and maybe Cheetas.

As for Buzz, well Mattel tried there hand at a transforming line of Toy Story figures. Including Buzz and RC. Buzz transforms into a weird looking Space Ship...thing. I called it though, like a few others that Blaster would come back with a higher price. After DL Ravage sold well at $40ish.

Preordered Blaster for the second time I just got a Music Label Soundwave, so hopefully they'll be about the same height.

Dammit...I don't know which one to get! I've been getting the main character/color scheme for the Alternity figs thus far, but I don't know what to do here. Starscream would fit how I've been collecting these so far, but I like Skywarp much better as a character...but I'm not sure how I feel about purple being the primary color here; I think I like the white better here. Am I really going to have to get both???

Not quite. Broadcast was Blaster's Japanese name, his blue version was then re-named "Twincast"

My wife will make me buy Buzz, I'm afraid.

I am eagerly awaiting Blaster. But ... there's a good chance we'll get him domestically now that they've showm the others will be coming over. So I'll just wait and see.

That's all awesome news. Pretty annoyed that they picked such an overused fanwank character for the fourth Alternity mold, but I'm glad the line is continuing.

Interesting news about the Alternities. Not a bad-looking car, but not sure how good it will look as a seeker. I passed on Megatron, might just do the same for these, unless they end up looking really cool. Not too big on the seeker as car idea.

Hmm, I'm pretty curious about Buzz now. Will he transform into his ship or be like donald/mickey and be modeled after another transformer. Colors are almost out. I'm sure it'll be better than the mega morpher toys they had with the toy story line. I hope they model his alt mode off of a previous transformer.

Plus, those cars look weird IMHO. There are plenty of car characters in this universe (Stunticons). Reminds me of Binaltech Grimlock. I have him but have plans to convert him into something else, as we all know grimmy ain't no car. Well, neither is Starscream.
