BigBadToyStore.com, site sponsor and toy warehouse for many collectors, now has a pre-order up for the Brave Gokin Combat Caliber. I know you are probably wondering why we would list this and why you should care.
It just so happens that the original version of this toy is what was to be licensed by Hasbro and released as fan-favorite Wrecker member, Roadbuster.
You can see the pre-order page here showing off this new version of an old favorite. While it's not an official Transformer release, you can see how it would hold a certain interest to the TF collecting community.

For what it's worth, that's a pretty standard price for a Brave Gokin toy. It's actually not a limited production, and CM's Corp isn't exactly small. (They're not Hasbro or Bandai or T-T big, either, but you know what I mean.) If you're into Dorvack stuff, they're expected to make his companion mecha, the Tulcas and Gazzette as well. (Yay.)

$280 is 1 Masterpiece Megatron, 1 scope/stock/silencer upgrade set for said MP Megs, and 1 Masterpiece Grimlock.
Alternatively, that's MP Grimlock, G1 Grimlock, WST Grimlock, and Classics Grimlock - all MIB.
I think I'll pass...

100 bucks and I'd consider it. But for 280,

Depends on the market you mean. The US Transfan market? Yeah. But it's normal-ish pricing for that product line and the market they serve.
FWIW -- A CM's Corp guy who hangs out on 2ch says they may sell a version without the combat armor next year. That'll presumably be cheaper. They got the license for all Dorvack properties, so that makes it even more likely they'll do Gazette ("Whirl") and Tulcas (which was never a TF, I guess).

Echoing everybody else's sentiments though, great looking figure, but that price is crazy.

The pricing is the main reason i don't own any CM Corp figures. Still trying to find a decently priced GoShogun.
