As you can see, the statue has a light up gimmick and is only the second officially licensed Tarn representation. Flame Toys produced the very first Tarn statue.
This statue is 75 cm (27.5") tall and appears to have the remains of Kaon scattered around, referencing the "Dying of the Light" Arc in the Transformers More Than Meets The Eye Comic series by IDW.
The news was also shsred on Chinese Social Media site, Weibo.

Still no official transforming Tarn to this date though. As if Tarn is stuck forever to be either just a figure or a statue.

Still I was hoping that by now she would have disappeared in favour of other classical characters.

Actually, I'm the opposite, I want more new characters like her instead of the same old same old.

Agreed. While I would never say no to more Optimus and Megatron, I'm getting tired of seeing Bumblebee and Starscream all the time. I wouldn't mind seeing more of "newer" characters like Barricade, Slash, Scorn, Lockdown. Or all new characters even!

T30 Arcee comes to mind, and Flame Toys Windblade would have been too had a certain demented Twitterati loser and their cronies not harassed the company into changing the design.

Still ordered her. She's a model kit, maybe they included replacement butt-parts? I think she's still cool with how they redesigned her. Honestly, depending on how modular all the parts are, I would love if there was a 3rd party company who made armor pieces for her. Or someone could make their own with like a gundam kit or something.

The model kit, yeah I too, ordered it. Much better than the early prototype. She look more like a genuine fembot than a girl doing cosplay.
But still, I love some cute and sexy "girl in TF cosplay" figures. Like that 3P "Starscream" that is on preorder... since TWO YEARS ago.
