well i can;t wait neither but come on atleast the trilogy will be alot better then most trilogies. i am hoping that the transformers trilogy will be very good like the lord of the rings trilogy. we have to wait for a couple of years for the sequel. we waited for years for this movie why not wait again for the sequel.

If there's less humour, more of the Decepticons, better characterisation, I will be happy. But then again, I am damn happy with the first one.

somehow a small red breaking news on the very bottom of the screen in a small window with other stories somehow doesn't catch the eye like the old banner used to. I actually stumbled on this story by mistake, when I wanted to click on one of the Botcon reports... when it should have been completely in my face.

Good news I guess. Proof that we've come a long long loooong way. I still remember when Don Murphy posted the image of the green street light a few years ago to tell us that the first film had been greenlight - and now the movie is only a few days away, and people at Botcon are probably watching it right now as I type this...

As long as there are good actors, character development, respect for the source material, a good story, and it is not some brainless summer action flick, I'll be happy.

Good. You haven't even seen the first one and you're already bashing the second? At least SEE THE FIRST ONE before bashing the sequel!

And at least less people will be whining about the movie in the next two to three years since most Bayformer bashers went to/will go to see the movie and like it.

I was happy with getting one movie. The news that we will apparently be getting TWO has made me ecstatic.

As to whether either one will rock or suck, we'll just have to see!

I'll celebrate after the Box Office totals come in a month from now. Not that I doubt that the flick will perform well enough to warrant a sequel...but I'm not too keen on getting my hopes up before there's evidence to do so.

Love 'im or hate 'im, Tryp's got a point. Sequels get the greenlight often...it's the profits that determine whether or not they get made.
