As we
reported earlier, the good folks at the
IDW Boards, and
Transformers Mosaic, have been posting sneak peaks of the soon to be released "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen prequel comic
Transformers Destiny: Alliance #1". (longest comic title ever?).
While
Day 1 and
Day 2 revealed nothing that (as yet) would seem important,
Day 3 gave us a look at Ironhide, while
Day 4 gives out a curveball straight out of left field, with a panel focusing on a popular cameo character from the first film.
To check out who this character is, head on over to the
Transformers Mosaic DevaintArt page, or
IDW Boards.

After a bumper year for Transformers Comics, IDW are not resting on their laurels as we enter the festive season.
This week, Wednesday the 17th of December 2008 will only see 1 release from
IDW Publishing, but it is a big comic in regards to the year 2009.
Thanks to
RyallTime, the blog of IDW's Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall, we can confirm that this week will see the release of the first prequel comic for the upcoming 2009 release of the second Transformers Movie "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen".
- Transformers Alliance: Destiny #1
Transformers Alliance: Destiny #1 will be written by Chris Mowry, who was also responsible for the Transformers Movie Sequel Comic "Reign of Starscream". Alex Milne is on art duties with colours to be handled by Josh Perez.
As for next week's releases, they remain unknown for the present, as IDW's Transformers editor Denton Tipton has not updated his blog
From the Tip with release past the 17th of December. It is not known if the next release date of the 24th of December will see any releases due to it's proximity to Christmas, but stay tuned to
