Keystroke's Bio
Keystroke has always loved two things: Pranks and Digital design. Originally, she was recruited by Iron Chef Energon. During a team shuffle, she was transferred to a more lucrative operation. Keystroke proved a wonderful asset as Flashwave began structuing Silence's expansive netowrk. Even in fields (such as sub-space communications, Keystroke either had good suggestions or a keen interest to learn and help. She also has done a lot of studies in electrical warfare.
One of those studies was Flashwave's now standard EMP grounding. A shock to the first Sector 7 strike team to run across him, but the EMP bursts went stright to a static ball on one shoulder. Another went to a lightning rod like device he shoved into the ground, just to make a point. Then it shot back a beam at them and carved the front half of their semi clean off. Originally, this was Keystroke's intentions to shield herself from hardware electricution, but it snowballed wonderfully from there.
Keystroke also owns the designs on a wide vairety of small drones. She built them to play practical jokes. Flashwave armed them and put them to use. Keystroke lacks the abilites to control outright however beyond simple input-output commands, due to range limitations and her own computational limitations, and they must rely on self programming. The spunky autobot has always proven a source of humor and irritation amongst her coworkers however, and is considered a valuable asset to the team.
When not doing pranks and programming, Keystroke likes wandering the planets to see life as it is. The variences between her own forms of life and the commonalities-biological- in the universe she finds fascinating.
In combat, Keystroke can hack computers from a range of a half-mile safely. Often however, she plugs into Audion's broadcasting equipment, and using himself and the minicons within him, that range extends to 10miles, and the computational abilites increase 1000x. Not from her, bt because now 20 or 30 different entities are now roting around inside of the database. Given the simplistic natuire of many of the younger bots, Keystroke has also mastered hacking a robot's own programming and minor systems. Colroschemes, voice patterns, and coordination can be available to her to mess with. The reason, is that their sparks are turned out so fast that quality protection is lacking. Given a reaosn, artifical bots like the Dinobots of Earth could be completely hacked and reprogrammed by her like any other computer. Once again, she cannot control them, but bots like those could be turned into input-output follow this list type bots pretty quickly. Aren't we glad she's an autobot?
Keystroke's alt mode resembles that of the Kitty Hawk flyer. The fabric has been repaced by a tense solarsail cloth that works well in atmosphere. With the engines on her, he can hit mach 5 within planet, and can clear warp 1.5 on space. Keystroke carries several swivel machine guns on her and a few bombs. He can hack safely in alt-mode at flight, providing she does not fall out of range. Unforutnately, her sailcloth is not he most battle resistant, and she must be careful around physical ordiance and high powewr lasers. It is also not capable of handoling re-entry, and such must be done with the cloth folded and protected in bot mode (which has its own issues with re-entry, such as steering control).
