With Hot Rod he's got a high level of engineering and still came with a bunch of accessories to pad the price. Override just looks like a Deluxe. She still has visibly hollow arms, doesn't seem all that complex, and we haven't seen any signs of extra accessories. So what exactly are we paying extra for that makes her more worthy of being a Voyager on her own than Hot Rod?

And for those wondering why he is in a race, maybe he is "crash recovery"

We don't have to speculate, it was in the Wreckers: Tread and Circuits miniseries. Take a look, it's in a book!
