Nope, just the US I reckon. When the Toys 'R Us was still in the Netherlands, it never had any of the exclusives.

Doesn't the Netherlands have brutal distribution? From what my friend tells me, the toys don't end up at their stores till months later. And it's not just the US, it's 'North America', so if it were to be secluded then it'll be in Canada/Mexico too.

That's not true. The later TRU reissues were not released in Quebec due to the packaging not being Bilingual.
