Mr. Crepsley, Vampire from The Saga of Darren Shan

Strenghts: Super-human speed and strength, profeciency with blades, stealth.

Weaknesses: Cannot fight during the day.


Lord Loss, high ranking demon from The Demonata

Strengths: Magical abilities, Powerful Minions, speed and strength, ability to sap human suffering to make himself stroner.

Weaknesses: Strenght is much less than in his own Realm.

I really don't know who are those guys, but by the description you gave, I'll have to say Lord Loss.

Vampires don't exist. LL does other things. Hell wins.
