Dante (Devil may Cry) vs. Zoom (DC comics)

either this is a joke or you are overestimating Dante / underestimating Zoom. Zoom circles the earth between the beats of a hummingbird's wings, he's out of sync with our time.
Flash was barely able to SEE Zoom even when he speed-stole all the other speedsters to max himself out. Zoom's only limiting factor is his own weird psychy that thinks he's HELPING heroes by forcing them to become stronger, if he wanted to kill them, he'd just win. He's possibly the most overpowered character in DC that's not a reality manipulator.
He'd destroy Dante while Dante appeared to stand perfectly still before him. From what I've seen Dante's best feat of speed is to run down a building and slowly catch up to a bullet... Zoom would laugh his ass off at that.
