Yeah, but since Uwe Boll has bad reviews and almost non-existent box-office take, he has to fight people so he can prove he's better than everyone.

Of course, all this proves is that he's a bully with delusions of grandeur, and can't accept that his movies are no good.

He's under the impression that Postal--a movie that begins by making fun of 9/11--is going to do better than Indiana Jones 4.

I don't like Bay that much, but this Boll guy just sounds like a complete dousche.

You can't be too bad of a guy when your favorite console is the Super Nintendo.

So you can't be too bad of a guy when your favorite video format is VHS?

This video is his response to a petition asking him to stop making video game movies, this is where he put down MB in the first place. That he expected a serious response from this makes him a jerk in my book.

Is that the same petition where he responded that he might consider to quit his job as a director if the signatures hits the 1 million mark?

I don't know who Uwe Boll is. Looking at IMDB, I can't recall seeing trailers for any of those films, letalone the movies themselves.

However, I do find it endlessly fascinating to see Bay described as "too good for [Boll]" and ppl leaping to his defence; you know, the guy who 12 months ago was getting death threats and being pre-emptively blamed for the inevitable, forthcoming ruination of the franchise, that would finally, once and for all, destroy it forever.

It's like that old saying my grandmother taught me: every new Transformers is RUINED, until it's not.

Who said I was defending him I am all for this fight. Heck, I wanna see a live from Las Vegas Dennis Leary hosted Locked deathcage match between Boll and Bay.

Ok, Uwe Boll is a mosquito and nothing more, he's obviously just trying to stir the pot and call attention to himself negative attention or otherwise just to keep his name in the press...well with his box office bombs get it in the press to begin with.

If a "retard" as he calls Bay can put together a pretty decent crew of people and revitalize the transformers franchise then more power to him, Bay may not be perfect but at least his movies on the whole are more widely accepted and are successful.

Uwe Boll claims to be "the only genius in the whole freakin business", he's a genius at failing and is precisely why all of his movies have to be made or subsidized in germany because nobody in hollywood would or should give him one red penny, I know I wouldn't if I were approached by him.

Uwe Boll is primarily known for making video game adaptations, and showing the property he handles NO RESPECT. While you could apply this to Michael Bay, you'd first have to realize that Boll does it to a much greater extreme.

And he's apparently very arrogant, which is why he considers himself the "Only f*cking genius in the business" yet makes no money, and is universally panned by critics.

Sweet. Then I'll remember to point out how much worse it could be when the bitching about the "Bayformers" resumes in the lead-up to TF2. Sunrise, sunset... sunrise, sunset...
