Can we just skip the rest of the early crew and jump right to Silverbolt, please? :-D

This Blackie look FANTASTIC! :x

Seriously, show accurate and no puke-inducting mess like for poor MP-45 Bee.
I'll be ready to pay the price.

Price-wise, I'll be anticipating around the same as Cheetor, ideally less, given she should be smaller.

I don't think the size difference will be significant enough to be cheaper.
In fact, I bet she will be DOUBLE Cheetor's price if the trend continue. #-o

As I said, it should but most likely not. The Cheetor price tag will likely be the catch-all range for the medium to small bots of Beast Wars.

Well there is no precedent for that trend within the Beast Wars MP line, so I doubt that.

Did you forget the insanely high prices for Dinobot and Megatron? This figure will be at least $120.

Scale is important to note within that context though. Dinobot is virtually twice the size of Cheetor. Megatron looms over all in Season One. They were [not]* random price hikes plucked out of the ether (Not exactly Overpriced Prime), nor indicative of the future pricing of the SIGNIFICANTLY smaller figures that remain within the Season One cast.

Cheetor/Shadow Panther were £70, a logical assessment would include Blackarachnia around that sum.

If she comes with that stand she's displayed on and isn't just borrowing it from Dinobot (the web makes me think she does) you can bet she will be.

Because of some pointless chunks of plastic :???:

I never even bothered to get all of that mess out of Dinobot's box. He stands on his own two feet, holding his Sword and... "shield". If they overvalue superfluous extras like stands, maybe the MP Grimlock redeco could be a lot cheaper than Dinobot. If they rip out the worthless electronics and toss out the stand too.

Ha!, yes it was. But didn't think they'd want to be that accurate.

That magically disappearing spider thorax is a thing to behold. Wonder how involved an dor fiddly that's going to be to transform.

Which will really differentiate between Blackarachnia and Tarantulas, given he has a bulkier torso. So they won't need to hide as much of the thorax.

I imagine if these are released by popularity, Airazor and Scorponok will probably be the last two.

Yup. But I'm guessing Tarantulas is still several years off.

We still need to go through Waspinator, Scorponok, maybe Inferno, before they get to Tarantulas. Not to mention Rhinox, Rattrap and Tigatron and Airazor to finish off the main season one Maximals.

Again, by popularity, Tarantulas or Waspinator are most likely to be the next MP Predacon. Then probably Terrorsaur, Inferno and Scorponok.

Maximals will most likely be Rattrap, Tigatron or Rhinox and Airazor.

I actually would have put money on Tigertron before Black Arachnia tbh. Just bulk up/tweak Cheetor

That's why I'd also think Tarantulas and Tigatron aren't too far off. Tarantulas would be a mold sharing redeco and Tigatron would be an upscaled Cheetor, sharing some basic level engineering in Bot Mode.

I'm hoping The Spiders and Cats will look more individual in Beast Mode in this lime.

:-( Why couldn't this be a thing three years ago? :-(
This would've been bought and signed by Venus at Botcon 2016, but alas the engineering probably wouldn't be this good.

I kinda wish there were more pictures, but I think I'm gonna wait to get her when there's a Silverbolt to go with her. The relationship is too ingrained in my psyche for me to have them separated, and well I'm still trying to figure out a budget that will allow me to get the big purple dinosaur. Yeesss...

The problem with that? So far, Takara have said the Beast Wars MP line goes no further than Season One. So no Silverbolt...

Dinobot and Megatron are both smaller than MP Ultra Magnus, yet Dinobot was twice that price, Megatron even more. There is no justification for it other than Takara has figured out that most of us nerds do not make smart financial decisions when it comes to our plastic crack.

You all enjoy this, I hope, but as it stands now, Hound will be my final official MP purchase.

The comparison is apples and oranges though. Ultra Magnus was released in 2014, Dinobot was in 2018. Since that time, G1 prices are all over the place with no justification. Beast Wars MP line has had a consistency to its pricing, based in scale.

The only thing Takara has "figured out" is how to fleece the Geewun fanbase to an outrageous level. Yet they, in general, seem to find it acceptable.
