Artist Phil Jimenez has tweeted the cover for Transformers: Dark Cybertron #12. The cover features Decepticon heavyweights Megatron and Shockwave going head to head atop a pile of defeated Transformers, Autobot and Decepticon alike. Check out the cover art mirrored below.

Awesome cover! I can't wait for the end of this run. It's been a roller-coaster ride and honestly I could handle it if it went beyond #12 since it has been more riveting than the two titles have been separately. Not that they haven't been good but the Dark Cybertron run has been a great ride so far.
I have to admit though that the only thing better than seeing Megs and Shocky go at it would be seeing a cover with the smack-down between Metroplex and the Necro-Titan.

I can hear them now...

"This is my planet, you cycloptic pile of junk!"
"No, it's my planet! Your logic circuits must be malfunctioning."

So Shockwave decided it was logical for him to be the leader of the Decepticons?

Hell, I even saw Cyclonus and Soundwave in the pile of dead transformers!
