Robots in Disguise (2015) Wreck-Gar idea

So after having one idea that snowballed a little after talking it over with a friend I created a concept for him in the current RiD'15 series along with some ideas.
Meet Wreck-Gar the friendly travelling Raccoonicon!
After his ship picked up a televisual broadcast from Earth, he just knew he HAD to visit this magical place!
Wreck-Gar travels around adding copious amounts of garbage to his rather absurd backpack, the logic-defying backpack in fact now contains about two families of actual raccoons, all of whom Wreck-Gar has named.
His ship is filled to the brim with televisions all displaying different channels and recording them for him to binge-watch as he so pleases.
When he met the Autobots - or more accurately found Denny's junkScrapyard he was enamoured, the place was amazing! Possibly the only guy around who appreciates the place as much, if not more, than Denny himself.
Despite being a frequent visitor to his friends at the Scrapyard Wreck-Gar also causes the Autobots no end of frustration and panic as his rather happy-go-lucky nature means he has tried to contact humans on numerous occasions and not paid any attention to keeping disguised (though the backpack makes him stand out regardless), making them track his every move ready and waiting to pull him away from a potential fiasco.
