Eurotrip Longarm

finally finished my take on longarm.
This took a lot longer than expected, but mainly because it took me a while to decide what decals he was going to have.
This color scheme is based on a European style tow truck, most of the time they are white or yellow... the color could be more yellow in real life but I didn't want him looking too much like bumblebee.

He has a bunch of custom home made decals and I cut away some plastic in the arm shields so they can stand upward. I thought it looked better mainly because this way you don't see the hollow inside of the wheels anymore.
but in the end he looks bigger as well, so I was twice as happy!

color palette is Brilliant Yellow, Blue, black, silver and small gold details.

hope you like..

Longarm's the only non-movie movie figure I'd bought and I liked the paint-job, until now. That's really nice work.

hmmm, the million dollar question.
So maybe I should reverse the question; How the hell can you recognize a Belgian license plate?

I've should have known this could give me away... nobody in the right mind would ever use a Belgian license plate on a transformer.
I really wanted to be the first one!!

But then again, previously I used a nevada license plate and the next plates are going to be Switzerland, South Carolina and maybe france or italy. Maybe I like to keep my transformers more international.

ps: thanks for the positive comments!
next repaint victim is probably going to be Barricade although swindle looks like fun too. I haven't really decided yet.

Did you think of a Shattered Glass version of Longarm? Your version looks like he could be a Shattered Glass 'bot.

Actually if you look at the picture of him showing his shoulder, he has a purple autobot badge. That and the fact that he seems to have red eyes, in my mind places him firmly as Shattered Glass Longarm.

Holy crap. That thing just looks neat. You did a great job with all the little details. It is really impressive in both modes.

Great job don't we Europeans know how to make a good looking emergency vehicle?

Can't wait to see your Barricade, I'm currently painting mine in UK colours. Will it be Belgian or shall you be using that Italian plate? because they have nice looking police cars.
