You could try BBTS for individual prices, then multiply the total by 30-60% depending on their condition and whether they have boxes/cards. A good total for ebay might be between $100 and $250.

Best bet is to see what figures that are similar to yours in quality are going for on E-Bay.

Also you could try ToyFare or some other toy magazine with a price guide.
Actually, I believe ToyFare did a TF spolight issue not long ago... # 122 comes to mind... I'll try to remember to find it when I get home and maybe you can get it on back-order.
