Just for the record, I've been reading some comments that people are acting like we recently changed the design. It's been 1.5 years since the last redesign happened ... this was long overdue.

No, thank YOU my friend. You're the one who came up with the design originally. I think you did a great job. It's been a lot of work to switch your graphis over ... and what's here is certainly not perfect but it'll get us through the movie which is what I've been shooting for. :)

I can't even remember the last time you've updated. Just that a year and a half sounds right. Love the new look though, Ryan! Keep up the great work!

Wonderful new look, Ryan. Thanks for the hard work - the site looks great.

And the return of drop down menus! Yay!

I like this look better than that of when I first joined, which used to be my fav.

With the return of being able to switch between a bot and con design, there aren't going to be any sluggish load problems from the last time we could pick site color is there - the design that always had a different character on the side and was real busy?

If I've understood correctly it will be a straight color change and background change. No hassle of having to load a complete new character or whatever on the side. No 30 different options. Just Decepticon or Autobot. Think of it as a new theme instead of a completely new layout when you switch. Probably just be replacing one image link with another and switching a color code. Then bam it's done.

Muffin's got it right. It'll be an Autobot symbol instead of the Decepticon symbol and primarily red colors instead of purple.

This is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!!!!! If we were in person, I would bow down to you, worship you, and kiss your feet.

Then again, maybe not, but good job anyway!

Pretty spiffy. Honestly, I really, really liked the scheme you had awhile back with the characters on the side, but this is the next best thing. Kudos to you, sir.

Oh, & I'm getting the floating Seibertron logo near the bottom of my pages, too.

The ICQ button is now mysteriously moving it's self into the poster's post (those who have icq buttons)

I *think* I fixed the logo in the footer. I'm in Firefox right now and IE7 and all looks good. The biggest problem seems to be on the forums for some reason (again, I'm assuming because of the undefined heights in the images in our sigs and such), but for the time being all seems well. If you are continuing to experience this problem, please click CTRL + F5 to force a refresh in your browser (Windows/Apple button in Safari plus F5).

Ok, I think I nipped it this time. Just checked it a bunch in Firefox and IE7 without any problems. I'm shutting down for the night. I'll check it again in the morning.

Only things I notice now are the gray backgrounds around the side ads and lists now stretch all the way to the bottom of whatever forum page you're on instead of stopping after the edge of the ad. And the "Jumping Bean" Logo seems to have some transparency issues until you hover over it. Then it clears up. Nitpicky I know. Especially considering I had never scrolled all the way to the bottom of this site until today.

Had the problem with the logo appearing on steve's post, clicked page 6 to read your post, pressed back and was going to do a forced refresh but it seemed to have fixed it's self.
