At the end of the day, it's your decision. Personally, 100% yes to Wheelie, sure, he's annoying like you, but unlike you, he's a damn good looking figure.
As for Deluxe ... again, personally, I'd go one of the "traditional" Headmasters like Hardhead.
IF you want a Voyager, skip Sentinel and just go for the Astrotrain repaint, he'll look better in your collection.
Amazing advice, that's exactly the route I am personally taking as well. Hasbro went all out on those original headmasters, it is really a sight to behold.

Well, they are coming exactly when Hasbro said they would come, in the second half of the year with saturation in the fall. So that means this:
They will first show up on shelves late this month early next month
It will be sparse sightings at first, with some stores getting one box or none
This will keep happening till late august/early september where you should see them sticking around on the shelves. Then again it seems Skylynx never reached saturation in the states (meaning everyone who wants one has one at one of their local stores) so who knows.
But in short, some of us will be owning these within a month's time
