The fact he couldn't speak normally like the others wasn't a clue?

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

Ratchet actively runs and abandons jazz to face megatron alone. Before that ironhide and jazz are taking on brawl just after bee had his legs blown off.
A medic wouldn't allow that even without a look at jetfire or attempting to save him.
In DOTM in Chicago, in ROTF in the desert and his clear lack of duties in the first movie attacking brawl instead of helping bee and wanting the parents killed. He's a bad character as a medic. If they called him hound it would've made more sense because he didn't act like ratchet.
Jazz ordered everyone to fall back Jazz:"It's Megatron fall back!" like with Jetfire Jazz chose to face Megatron alone that's why it cuts to Lennox yelling to fallback while looking in the direction Jazz was in because he was talking to Jazz specifically Jazz sacrificed himself even many of his toy bios mention this because that was the point.
Jetfire also sacrificed his life on purpose and he would of anyways because he literally says "In all my Decepticon life I've never done a thing worth doing until now" like the dude is wanting to commit suicide to save the world let him do that and also don't compare things to real life because it's a movie things happen as the plot wills it like giant robots being a thing.
Uhhh Ratchet did not have anytime to check up on Bee because I don't know there's a group of Decepticons trying to kill them all and steal the Allspark Bumblebee's state was not a priority and for all we know attaching Bee's legs would probably take awhile and say Brawl shoots Ratchet in the back while trying to help Bee then the medic's dead great job!
Ratchet was trying to get Hide to stop aiming at the parents with the "yeah yeah yeah" being what some people do sometimes in an conversation for example.
Dude 1: "I took down Megatron myself!"
Dude 2: "Yeah yeah sure"
Not going to argue anymore because were getting off topic and also your wrong and I don't mean in "my opinion" your wrong I mean factually your wrong according to the on screen events of the movies so I'm backing away because you probably won't change your mind.

So you're saying ratchet being cowardly and running from megatron instead of helping the diminutive jazz was a sensible thing to do given medics are supposed to help
He didn't even attempt to look at or stay jetfires hand despite jetfire being a potential massive ally. Medics are supposed to save lives not idly stand by.
There was no cons at that point around. Mikaela had time to tie bee up with no assistance. Ratchet didn't assist there and this was before brawl got back up and before blackouts arrival. Bonecrusher already beaten by prime and barricade missing. Starscream had absconded from the fight at that point. So that's a nonsensical point.
Ratchet points ironhide's canon in the window egging him on to kill the parents there's nothing clearer than that, you're delusional and leaving now because you know you're incorrect and have repeatedly been proven wrong. It's OK for you to be wrong.

yeah, but i don't have anywhere near the skills to match that one.
Though it seems to have differences from the screengrabs I have, like they've made the shoulders steel coloured when they're blue on the ref pics I used. And they've left the upper parts of the forearms blue when they're steel coloured on the screenshot and there should be flames on the shoulderpads. Amazing paintjob though. The detail and cleaniness...

Just wait for TT's improved version, they've done one/several for each movie, and they are always gorgeous; I'm sure someone can corroborate this for me.

Quite the opposite. Takara's deco for their version of Hasbro's Optimus is never that much of an improvement.
Here are the Leader Optimus toys of the past from Takara:
Of course, they can release a nicer deco later, which they have. But so has Hasbro.
The main pint is this: The Takara version of Hasbro movie releases are rarely worth the import.

I'm referring to the ones they release later in the lines. Specifically the rotf mold with the gas tank guns and articulated fingers that they did, and the aoe leader that had the head with multiple faceplates, and articulated fingers, and the dotm one with hooks and gas tank guns and the additional vehicle mode armor. They do release improved versions with each movie, I'm sure this one will be no different.

Ok, but that means we all have to wait a year or two or three (like those DOTM ones). Also, the ROTF with gas tank you reffer to was not a takara release but a hasbro release called Buster Optimus Prime. hence why I wrote that its not necessarily Takara, but Hasbro that released special decos too. But always later. And Takara didnt release an improved version of the first Leader Optimus.
So there are no rules. I instead think that the improved version of the Voyager Mold we want for this film will be coming from Hasbro, which was the case last time for the AOE Voyager, where Hasbro's better edition surpassed Takara's.

Why dont you trust me?
Because I make mistakes?
Well I do, and your right Buster Optimus was Takara not Hasbro. I thought it was Hasbro. Oh well.
How long do you guys want to wait to see what Takara does?

Nice.
The yes, if waiting is an option, I am sure a deco we like more will happen eventually.
I have 3 months to wait for that because that is how long i have until I have to give my voyager prime back to walmart.

Also, I used the tiny turbo changers trick. You do need to be careful cause the lighting is difficult. I think it was Crosshairs I saw in the window was obviously green but his letter looked like it could be 3 different letters. Last bag I got was Sideswipe too, I was panicking cause I couldn't find him.
but seriously, pick up one or 2 of these guys. they are pocket change and are loads of fun

You know, it makes me think. If you would have gotten your hands on him first, the official Seibertron Pictorial review would have been very very different. But then again, maybe you liked him because I lowered your expectations
